No Rikudou power up is done (both Naruto and Sasuke). Naruto's eyes are back to base base form.

Sasuke eye didn't come from the seal. He unlocked it with Ashura incarnate mix with Indra's to get that eye. The seal only further powered him up. Basically their powerups were different since Naruto uses the Buijuu's powered by the seal.
