I'd say Sasuke can react in time to defend with Susano'o, since Itachi was able to react fast enough to defend against Kirin (a lightning bolt). Kakashi also was able to react to the speed of lightning with his Sharingan, hence gaining the famed "Raikiri."

After Sasuke activates Susano'o, bullets won't be able to reach him, and he can stomp the Irukas however he sees fit. I think he should use Chibaku Tensei and create a planet populated by Irukas.
