How would've the Shinobi alliance faired against 100,000 Shin clones in comparison to the 100,000 Zetsu Army it faced

As they currently stand zetsu clones are tougher just because they're trickier to beat kid zetsus aren't that big if a threat even with ms but things could change

100,000 matured 3-Tomoe Uchiha would probably overwhelm the alliance. 100,000 clones like Shin, all with the Mangekyo, would wreck the alliance. All the power players were already busy dealing with Madara, Obito and Kabuto so they are irrelevant.
