Well damn, it looks like it was implemented but only to an extent, I liked your post and there was a place that said "unlike" and I unliked the like and disliked to see if it would work the other way around but nope. It only works if you like a post, not if you dislike it.

Edit: It appears you can unlike dislikes too. Problem solved and np.
