madara isn't really thinking if you think about it or maybe this will happen next few manga's. why doesn't he send the XT into the air and shoot at the alliance? most would die, naruto and bee might chase them when they jump then its a 2 on 1 fight basically. then it should be easy for the XT to win the war game over.

RIN is dead yet Obito will bring her back and they cannot proceed till they basically have no attacks coming at them, plus in there own new world they can bring anyone back they please and kill anyone they want. it wouldn't be a fail cause they would still have complete control
