Calm down ... Naruto and Kurama its coming
It's highly unlikely that all of this is just a coincidence. Plus, it'd be stupid if Kishi decided to only Have Naruto and Sasuke use the same powers they barely managed to barely beat someone weaker than Madara.

There's also the fact that he can't possibly be getting the 1 and 8 tails for Garra and B. They're too small of chakra masses to be useful. On top of that, neither Garra, nor Bee have senjutsu and as such, are useless against Madara. Therefore, Obito can only be gathering the bijus for Naruto and not them.
