Seriously I have seen so many rate threads here but I see people always missing Onoki out. This old man is one of the strongest Kages to ever live, so I ahve assembled this list to back up my reasoning.He has killer techs and he's old, think about in his prime
1. He has a Kekkei Touta:
- This says it all, when Shikamaru explained Kekeie Tota he made it clear that it is stronger than kekei Genkai and thus since Onoki has it that makes him the most dangerous character alive. I mean this guy can one shot you with it and you're dead just like that... Madara has been able to survive it so far because he has the rinnengan to absorb it and that he has only fought Onoki while Madara was still an edo.
2. He can Fly:
_ Yeah I said it the old ninja can really fly... tell me any ninja who can fly besides him? Yeah no one that is super awesome to be able to fly. What is soo good about this is that he can never be late on missions or he can cover much of distance faster then most shinobi just by flying.
3. He has the best battle advantage:
- The fact that he can fly means he the best view of the battle which he can accomplish by going into the sky and look for enemy weaknesses. once he has founded them then he can cast a super large jinton which will graze anything it touches.... this also makes him a ninja that has the best battle analysis than any shinobi in NV.
4. He can lighten up a meteor:
- Name me any ninja who has accomplished that! Onoki stopped a meteor, carried a giant turtle and flew with it in tow... that just shows how much amazing Onoki really is and why he deserves a spot inthe top 10. U_U.
5. He can defeat the powerful Ninjas with one shot.
- His Jinton allows him to deafeat enemies like Sasuke, Darui, Mei, Tsunade etc.. to place some examples. If Onoki were to use Jinton on them he would simple erase their existance within seconds that just how powerful Jinton really is.
6. He has the best Battle -wise ninja in all NV.
-Onoki being the oldest strong ninja to live a long time as a ninja he is the wisest in battle, also he is the longest Kage to be in charge of a village.Madara explained it very often when he was facing the 5 kage. This also increase the way he fights.
7. He can increase/ decrease the weight of your Body
- Imagine if this old geezer uses Jinton he grazes you if he touches you and use Light-Weight/Added-Weight Rock Technique on you, you become defeated in an instant. Even if Mu was able to unseal his body I belive he wouldn't be able to use his body as heavy as it was.
8. Oonoki is the most balanced Kage.
- He can attack with very powerful Jintos, Can defend himself with his Golem, and others might I add. Has strong supporting techniques, Is Battle smart, Is quick in the air
His got everything.....his VERY WELL balanced
9. He Can Punch Like a Giant.
- The fact that he can use Added-Weight Rock Technique means that he can increase the mass of his punches and punch you with a lot of power which makes me think he has power in that punch far more stronger than Tsunades's.

10. He is Durable:
-For his age, I think he's far more powerful than Hiruzen was at the age he fell (when he fought Orochimaru). When he was younger, probably one of the strongest kage-level shinobi around, especially his dust techniques must have been something else. The kages all know they survived that long because of onoki lol
