He was good for the time we saw him, I like his character design alot. It's not often you see a non-Uchiha genjutsu user it's just him and kurenai basically, so that's cool. Solid 7

He is loyal that's all I have positive to say about him. I don't like his name cause i have no idea if I should call him Shee or C. Doesn't mather how I call him cause both names are horrible as they make no sense at all. And though he is a cloud jounin and the right man of Raikage he isn't even that strong and skilled. A low rank lightning genjutsu, medical ninjutsu and low taijutsu skills. Thats Shee ... or should I say C? Well I give him a 4.
