What's with all the "Well obviously he's not when you include Kaguya's family"????
I've seen it a lot on this forum in the sense that they don't count? They do count, they're characters. Back in the Pain Arc when Pain/Nagato was pretty much #1 on the top tens did people include him? Yes, they did. People are just mad that Nagato/Itachi/Minato no longer make the list.
