Who wins?

Minato has a special kunai 1/2 mile away from finish line. soo 800m left.

U do realize tobi & zetsu can appear anywhere the choose unlike minato who has to setup a "trap"

^ It takes tobi a while to teleport himself.. It actually takes him longer to teleport himself more than it takes to teleport others.. Its not instant

Man why to urge nonsense? tobi is winner, he just teleport himself to the location. For others, say Guy and Naruto, they will need time, to cover 10 Km, say 1 min. And about minato, he may need a minute or half.
