The only ability shown by mini Katsuyu slugs are healing via Sozo Saisei. Even if they could use Zesshi Nensan, it would be a hell of a lot smaller than the actual slug and ineffective against shinobi with a near-360 degree field of vision.

Terrible comparison. Kurama is a chakra entity that takes a physical form, key word chakra. Katsuyu is a physical being that physically splits, they arent just clones, they are her parts. These individual parts can even die if chakra is absorbed out of them.

5% and 10% arent even her real form, they were divided from the original. So they can simply use the same abilities like acid of course on a smaller scale, same with the smaller parts.

The small ones still have acid, it may be a small amount but it will easily melt through skin and flesh.

She can literally stomp the Hyuugas by turning to her other side or she can crush them by splitting into boulder sized clones. The only notable Hyuugas are Neji and Hiashi, but they aren't far superior to the fodders when it comes to dealing with a creature that is immune to their entire arsenal.
