I think that Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody & Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven must be at the first/second place.
But I don't know... How one determines which song is the greatest, the best?

I like above mentioned songs, Lennon's Imagine, Guns N' Roses's Sweet Child O' Mine and November Rain, Deep Purple's Smoke on the Water, AC/DC's Let there be Rock, Nirvana's Smells like Teen Spirit & many, many more, really. >_>
