I say Kirin takes out at least 5000 and he needs to manually take out the others. Who knows, though.

Scenario 2: Orochimaru comes to help Sasuke (no ET)

Realistically, Zetsu wins. Sasuke runs out of chakra. Even Kirin won't take out 10 000.

But Sasuke wins due to main character chakra boost

Kirin is sincerely very strong.

Nah 10000 is too much for sasuke he'll eventually run out of chakra especially with curse seal draining more out of him. Sora could only beat 1000 heartless so I doubt sasuke can top him by X10.
