Description: A stronger version of Lightning release: roaring earth. The user forms the ram handseal and concentrates their lightning chakra all throughout their body. Once the target is within close range, the user slams one hand on the ground, releasing a significant amount electricity along the ground and is shot upward below the targets feet in the form of a much larger vertical column of electricity. The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down. Furthermore, instead of slamming one hand on the ground, the user can choose to focus the technique into a weapon and throw them into the ground near the target and release it from there. The weapon is not usable for close-combat and is best suited once the target is distracted or restrained. The column has a 3 meter radius and when formed into a weapon it is shaped like how Sasuke forms chidori into a spear or a blade.

Restriction:
-Physical contact with the ground must be made
-The user cannot use both methods on the same turn
-Can be used up to 3 times
-Can only be taught by fang

Also unlike the canon counterpart ( telegram flash ) it does not shock the opponent just lifts them up into the air. question : How high can the opponent be risen into the air

As for the drawbacks/ counters, it delivers physical damage and it also has numbing properties.

Removing my kunai, i form the ram hs while charging electricity into it I simply toss it into mid range. As it makes contact with the ground it spreads around the opp rising up to 3m in a vertical column of electricity shocking everything within it.
Uses: very versatile and easy to use
Drawbacks : weak to wind tech i think or other elemental tech of higher rank

Actually your just using shape transformation on the lightning. No need to use any tool as a medium. Alright, its all yours.

I'm a clone by the way. o_o

After saying this, Rex's clone proceeds to take out a pencil and write in the scroll where there is space.

Perform the technique: I take the lightning blades and channel my chakra into them as I take aim at the large boulder in front of me. I take off towards while, bringing in the sword, ready to pierce the boulder with the sharp tip of the blade. The sword vibrates intensely as my pour my lightning chakra into it. Crackling sounds which grew louder and louder and as I get within range, I thrust the lightning katana into the boulder. The result, the lightning chakra rips through, creating lines that surge with the lightning through it. The boulder being cut nicely and evenly into pieces.
Creative uses/strengths: I can cut through B-rank and below earth jutsu as well as deflect lightning attacks away from my body regardless of rank but, I have spend extra amount of chakra to this. With C-rank and below I don't have to. It is useful to have in close quarters combat, should the enemy try to get in close and tries to attack with fists or swords.
Drawbacks/counters: I'm limited in using each ability up to three times so, I have to use wisely. I can't cut anything past B-rank when it comes to earth jutsu.

By the way what do you mean by twin blade? Is it two swords or one one but, its serrated?
