According to this scan.. sasuke was said to on hagaromo level... getting power from 9 bijuus..

next panel naruto stalemated "hagaromo level" power with 1/2 kurama's power...

so it is conclusive that..

1/2 kurama > 9 bijuus

1/2 kurama + naruto >= hagaromo level

I.E. kurama + naruto > hagaromo level
