I was looking at the member list... and noticed theres a bunch of people who joined 04-25-2008 and never logged in since... their log out time is even the exact same o-o is this something the admins were doing? Just curious.

This site was created in 2007. Narutobase switched to vB software for forums on 04-25-2008. The whole data base was shifted to it and the dates got reset accordingly. That's why there are a lot of people who have same joining date as V.
