I really have never seen a Hagoromo fan. Some people like him, but I haven't seen him be like an avatar or a sig or anything and no one ever talks about him. Personally, I thought he looked gross and didn't care much for him.
I think I saw a few avatars when his face was first revealed, but yeah for the most part I think you're right. He definitely doesnt have any fanboys that i can recall.
If i recall he was looking for an right time to appear, and it seem that you would also need to be able to summon his soul.

But it's like today's world, people want god to intervene and do something to stop all this death and anger, but if god did this what would happen to our so called free will.
we are humans we have the right to choose the outcomes of our lives, if the world is in a horrible shape, then we should all come together and fix it, not god.
In my honest opinion, I think the fact that the world we live in today is separated is the main cause of this problem, if we were to come together like the alliance in the Narutoverse, come together to form 1 system, we could have save a lot of people and prevent a lot of future wars.
