The logic is.... these arent canon based, but RP based like usual. In every iteration of this, I always specify if it is a manga question when asking it. Plus, context clues should apply at some point. There are more than 4 Villages in the canon, I asked for "the 4 villages in the Ninja World". If there are at least 7 villages known, how can it be about that without someone randomly picking and leaving others out?

And literally last arc two villages warred and one lost like, what?

Note: Petal Blizzard is an S rank attack and can be used three times

And as usual, Pokemon can only be used in 2 events (1 if it is a Mega), cannot be Personal Summonings, and lasts until defeated when summoned unless the specific Pokemon has different rules. They're basically artifacts and are prone to patches by Staff for balance if needed, though I think this has only happened twice in the 4 years I've been doing this.

I think one more question is doable, gotta get back to the rest of this Arc stuff
