Rose has purple eyes, long, wavy, blond hair and a perpetually bored expression. Rose wears a black suit with a thigh length black jacket. He also wears a white frilled shirt with frilled cuffs (or large cuffs) and high collar, which he commonly keeps untucked. During his initial time as captain, he kept his hair somewhat straighter with a small black ribbon tied near the end. He wore the standard shinobi robes and a sleeveless captain's haori, but with a frilled collared shirt under it.
Seventeen months after rinji's defeat, Rose returns to his original Shinobi attire with shorter, slicked-back hair with the addition of a single lock falling into his face

Personality:
A seemingly foppish man with a disinterested air, Rose is one of the more laid-back members of the group. He is frequently seen tuning his guitar and chatting with rinji rather than paying attention to what is going on around him. He's interested in music and often discusses whatever singles have recently come out, such as the then-latest Prince of Darkness album. He also enjoys reading manga, a pastime shared with rinji and Kishimoto although he becomes irritated if anyone spoils a storyline for him.
Despite the disinterested behavior he exhibits, he seems to care for his fellow shinobi he smiles happily when he realizes that kiri is happy to have met ino, due to the notable similarities regarding their healing abilities. He also states that "the family is growing", due to naruto and Kiri coming to stay with them, even claiming that the aforementioned humans' designated partner/counterpart, Kiri and oba, were similarly happy. Rose seems to pay close attention to dramatic effect while in battle, as seen with his starting a speech on the Human nature to band together against a common enemy and his attempt to dramatically rise from the rubble of a building he was hurled into, leading to an unimpressed rinji smacking him in response at both occasions.

Background Info
History:
To begin the story of rojuro one must know how much orphans struggle to survive when faced with adversity. Starving times when rojuro was a orphan child with his close friend Izaru led the two to seek out guidance in the wake of war to become a shinobi while seeking out there way they ran into a very humble yet knowledgable shinobi who offered the child's salvation and a means to protect themselves in the way of a shinobi. Rojuro showed strong skills in learning earth nature manipulation while training with their newfound sensei. When the day came where rojuro had grown enough he travelled into the village where he was born to continue his role of training to become a great shinobi so he unrolled with the anbu of sunagakure after passing extensive testing by the anbu chief. Now that rojuro is a full time shinobi taking on numerous missions he spends little time in the village of sunagakure where he calls home. Rose was always taught by his first sensei never to let his guard down because a battle is like that of the ocean the tide can shift at any time. There was once where rojuro was left on the side of a trail by rogue shinobi beaten and battered he was he never gave up hope that reinforcements would find his location from the previous markings in the surroundings that he had left for them. While he waited for comrades to find him he always wondered wether his friend Izaru would come back home from his journeys but never let it bother him because he remembers of the bond they have and how strong it is. Finally rose hears a rustling in the bush across from him and scurrys over to meet up with the reinforcements.
During the battles against Kumo rose suffered injuries and was forced to leave the battlefield or lose his life. Now honing his skills with smoke and sensory he has become to find his proper way to fill his squads needs and direction, he has surely come so far now that he has had experience throughout multiple country's. Along the way back to the sunagakure rojuro makes sure to stop at his former sensei's villages if he is near them to proceed to show gratitude and what he has gained since last meeting with his sensei's. After multiple changes in sunagakure rojuro finds himself wondering what is next to come for his village, three Kages in a couple months is nothing to laugh at but rojuro will strive to stabilize the village.
Other
Rojuro having a natural affinity to lightning can perform lightning jutsu's with half the handsigns.
Also having been a master of ninjutsu rojuro is capable of performing ninjutsu faster then normal speed.
also due to the fact that rojuro is a sensory shinobi as well he has no problem navigating through smoke by sensing enemy's chakra.
