Welcome to training, this is a brief on how this training with proceed. What will be given, and what is expected of you. This isn't complicated, pretty simple to understand.

Before posting, subscribe to the thread by clicking "thread tools" to the top right of this post and selecting subscribe. When you are subscribed, you can seee if I have posted by clicking your "UserCP".

Your reply should be no less than two sentences and it should be descriptive enough. I'm not a fan of wallies though, so please don't exceed 5 sentences for each technique. If something should prevent you from replying in training for the next 2 weeks, please inform me. With that out of the way, lets begin. Your first post should include an approved biography of your choice.

Description: The user will raise their hand infront of them like a sword and it will begin glowing a pale yellow before releasing bolts of lightning in the shapt of a horn that spread outwards allowing it to attack multiple targets.

Gather your Lightning chakra once again. Channel the chakra through your chakra network’s streams, direct it to your dominant hand. You must then start concentrating on shape and chakra manipulation. Shape manipulation is using chakra to create several forms/shapes.
Shape manipulation is mostly involved in Earth Techniques. Chakra Manipulation is basically controlling your chakra to an extent. Manipulate the chakra to vibrate, rapid vibrations will form Lightning. Your next task is to manipulate the Lightning’s shape the exact moment it’s formed, concentrate and give it the shape of a horn. Due to this horn being made of your chakra, you will manipulate the chakra, making it spread to attack me.

Description: The user sends an electrical essence into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location.

*I create four clones* Lightning Fang, this is a pretty useful Lightning Technique if you’re more of a “Mid Range Fighter”, (Like myself). First of all, this technique clearly states the “electrical essence” is sent into the clouds, meaning, if the sky is clear, this technique won’t work. Well. we’re now at B ranks. These techniques require more chakra than the C ranks and D ranks. Gather a large enough amount of your Lightning natured chakra. You won’t be manipulating the chakra just as yet, send it through your chakra network and release it from your body and into the atmosphere towards the clouds. The chakra here is the “electrical essence”. As soon as the chakra takes focus in the clouds, further manipulate the chakra, making it vibrate. Now with the result of Lightning, manipulate it to strike down on the opponent, in this case, C1 who is now Mid range to your right.

*first i turn to my right to face C1. i then Gather a large enough amount of my Lightning natured chakra. i then send it through my chakra network and release it from my body into the atmosphere towards the clouds. when the chakra takes focus in the clouds, i further manipulate my chakra, making it vibrate. after creating Lightning, i manipulate it to strike down on C1*

advantages: greater accuracy and greater damage inflicted if connected.

disadvantages: doesn't cover long range, and cannot be used for defensive strategies.

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals they then summon Four Giant Pillars surrounding the enemy target and then the user shoots out bolts of lightning, binding the target in place and possibly doing damage to them.

User: Konoha Anbu

A commonly used jutsu, you’re probably familiar with it either from our RP or in the anime/manga. Hmm, I have 3 clones left, let’s get going. Perform the “Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare” handseals and release a portion of your chakra. Use this chakra to summon four pillars, these pillars are large in size, they were even bigger than Pain’s Multiplying Dog summon. Regardless their size, they rise rather quickly. With the pillars risen, manipulate your chakra to release from them bolts of Lightning which can bind and harm the target. This technique goes very well with “Sticky Earth Drop” to immobilize the target, “16 Pillar Bind” to create an oven around the target, and “Fire Biscuit” to harden the Mud.

Description: After using a Water Style technique, the user releases a wave of electricity that can electrocute any water within range, electrocuting and knocking back an opponent in contact with the water. When used without a water technique, its power is moderate. The technique can be used extremely quickly, so that it finishes almost in conjunction with the previous jutsu.

Simply release a wave of electricity towards the target, If used with a water technique, it becomes a very strong B rank technique. Use this against C2.

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.

Here, you will begin to concentrate. You must manipulate the chakra to form fast vibrations, this vibration will create Lightning in your arms. Slam your hand on the ground, releasing the Lightning.
Even though the technique is released, you will still need to control it, manipulate it to approach your target, you can even make it split into multiple tendrils.

While concentrating, use your chakra to pull in chakra from the sky, this can only be done through succession of concentration. As soon as you have taken in enough chakra, make it rapidly vibrate and shoot it towards your target. Even though this technique can be shot out, it’s only useful for short range.

Gather a portion of your Lightning chakra, once again, channel it through your chakra network to the palm of your dominant hand. With the chakra now where it’s to be, make the chakra rapidly vibrate to form a source of Lightning in your palm. The next step is to extend the Lightning into a bolt, and manipulate the chakra to form a “Lightning Dog”. You need to focus on chakra and shape manipulation to succeed. Be careful, the hound is connected to you, if he’s caught by water, you’ll also be electrocuted.

Description: The user emits a spear of lightning from their mouth. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.

Gather your Lightning natured chakra, inhale, then exhale. When done, channel the chakra to your throat. Here, you will begin the manipulation process of the chakra. As we’ve been doing, make the chakra rapidly Vibrate, it will be converted to Lightning. The next step is to release the Lightning from your mouth, manipulating it’s shape to that of a spear. This spear can be manipulated too split apart, striking multiple enemies. This is a pretty commonly used technique. The spear must be created with enough chakra so it can maintain it’s form and strength.

Description: User creates a Shadow Clone of himself infused with his lighting chakra. When the clone gets hit he will return to its previous state of pure lighting chakra. The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.
Note: Can only use lightning based techniques up to B rank.

User: Kakashi

This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching. Gather a large enough portion of your Raiton chakra, release the chakra and by use of Nature and shape manipulate, create an exact clone of yourself infused with Lightning chakra. Be sure to supply him with enough chakra to perform up to B rank techniques.

(Chō Biburāto Raitontō) - Super Vibrating Lightning Release Sword

Description: The user channels their lightning chakra into a blade, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques.

This is simply coating your sword in Lightning chakra. The characteristics of the sword when infused with Lightning chakra not only makes them ideal for cutting, using either edge of the blade, but also means they can be thrown with great accuracy. This is a simple technique. Channel Lightning chakra into a blade, try this on a sword. When done, make the chakra rapidly Vibrate. When done, throw the sword and pierce completely through a tree.

*i grab both my katana and wakizashi, draw them out, and hold them upright. i then concentrate hard while i vibrate my chakra rapidly to create the lightning chakra. i channel Lightning chakra into both my blades. When done, make my chakra rapidly Vibrate even more. When done, i fiercely throw my swords and pierce completely through two trees.*

(Raiton: Dai Denki hōden no Jutsu ) - Lightning Release: Large Electrical Discharge Technique

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user points their hands towards a direction and triggers an electrical discharge, which then explodes in a specific form. When the hands are raised to the sky, this technique can be use as a signal flare.

advantage: it covers all ranges

disadvantage: it can't be use to defend or counter a opponents attack.

(Raiton: Shuriken Seigyo no Jutsu) - Lightning Release: Shuriken Control Technique

The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.

advantage: it gives a numbing effect to the opponent, it covers up to mid range.

disadvantage: i numbs for one turn, it doesn't cover long range. this is not to be used in an defensive manner.

(Raiton: Raitoningu Baruto) - Lightning Fight Ninja Tool Rose Gem Fight

user: killer bee

Killer B goes into a pose with his seven Supervibrato Lightning Release Swords. He holds a blade at both his elbow joints, one at his left armpit, one in his mouth, one in his right neck joint, one between his stomach and one at his right leg. As strange as it seems, Killer B is very skilled with these blades, and spins in a manner similar to a buzz saw, leaving no opening for even a skilled Sharingan user like Sasuke Uchiha and a highly trained swordsman like Suigetsu Hōzuki.

advantages: it covers up to mid range and it leaves no openings

disadvantage: it doesn't cover long range

(Raiton: Jigokuzuki: Sanbon Nukite) - Lightning Release: Hell Stabe: Three Finger CrossBeam Hand

user: 3rd raikage

The Hell Stab is the strongest technique of the Third Raikage, whereby he concentrates a considerable amount of lightning chakra into just the finger-tips of a single hand and then performs a thrusting motion, which together allows him to pierce a target in a manner somewhat similar to either the Chidori or Lightning Cutter.

advantage: can be used to counter opponents attack and its effective against even malleable materials that can usually handle a blow by dissipating its force.

disadvantage: it's only short range and primarily used for hand to hand combat.

(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds

user(s): sasuke, kakashi

This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without impaling them.

advantage: the speed of the attack is almost instantaneous and the damage damage dealt on impact is high.

disadvantage: The speed at which the attack must be done, combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. also there is a limited amount of time it can be used a day before it becomes fatal.
