Book 2
Chapter 9 - Rashumon Appears!
Shite finally arrives at the desert, there is nothing but sand all around him, a dusty and hot wind circulating, it is hard to breathe, it is almost like the sand is melting his feet, if you look to the right, you see cactuses, a huge amount of them, stacked all together in a wide area, no one probably lives that way. If you look to the left, you see nothing but sand, dust and wind. Shite decides to go left, is it the right place? Even if it is, there is a long way to go if he wants to find a small shack in the middle of an enourmous confusing desert...
While walking towards the chosen path, Shite takes a rest, walking hours and hours in the desert is exausting...
Shite - *Pant Pant* I've walked for so long, and I still didn't find the place I'm looking for, maybe... maybe I should go back, it might be I just went the wrong way...
He looks around to see if he finds something, when suddenly he sees a person, 50 feet away from him...
Shite - What? Who is it? Could it be the person I'm looking for?
He walks towards that person, and when he gets closer, he... he recognizes that women. It was his sister, who was supposed to be dead, he runs to her and, when he gets closer, that person just fades away with the dusty and hot wind...
Shite - Wait!! What's happening?? Is it... I think my mind is playing tricks on me. I have to concentrate, for the sake of the world, for my sake!
Tired, he keeps walking and resting, and then walking again... for hours and hours... until he sees someone, someone emiting an aura, someone powerful. He recognizes that person, it was Rashumon, Baemisui's faithful follower...
Shite - What?! I've got to concentrate, its just a mirage...
The man runs towards Shite. He shakes his head, to see if the mirage goes away, but it keeps coming in his direction.
Suddenly, Shite gets blown away by the imense power of Rashumon! It was not a mirage, it was for real!
Shite - *Cough* Rashumon!! I thought you were dead!
Rashumon - You thought wrong! And now, I will Avenge Baemisui!!
THE END!
This is the last chapter of the second book, I had a fun time writing this and I will continue it soon...
