Looks: Genesis follows a rather unique blend of armor and samurai. He wears semi-heavy white armor and a muscular body suit with a large collar and the traditional hakama present, ballooning armor pants . His long silver blue hair is tied at the mane. All armored sections feature fully-functional crimson eyes with slit pupils. These eyes are not as much of an intimidation as much as the mask he wears; a completely white, two horned helmet with lenses covering the eye section only. And small holes through the mouth section enough for him to breathe,
Personality: Hakumen devotes his entire life to destroying the evils that corrupt the world, and wants to erase those he believes should not exist. He is a serious, no-nonsense sort who maintains a calm and collected presence, rarely letting things get to his head. However, he is also quite prideful and even arrogant sometimes, to the point of occasionally getting him into issues. He prefers to do things on his own, and hates to rely on others' assistance with anything. Despite being a powerful warrior, he is not without mercy.

Mandalorian Armor : Armor Activation

Description: This is the basis of the clans abilities. The higher your up in the rank the more your armor will be upgraded to a more powerful state. Each Rank have their own set starting With E Rank Mandolorian, D Rank Mandolorian Scout, C Rank Mandolorian Fighter. Etc.. The activation of the armor is through channeling chakra all throughout the armor . Causing the functions of the armor to activate. The armor's helmet possesses a pair of special lenses on them and foreign chakra to the rest. The foreign chakra is able to almost instantly channel into the human brain from the helmet when foreign chakra is detected inside the body, these lenses are like the Dojutsus that the Uchihas possess to a limit. These lenses give the user the ability to track the speed as the 1 tomoe sharingan. The armor and all it's abilities can then be controlled via voice command. The armor is made from a special chakra emitting metal and can deflect simple kunai & shuriken without receiving damage. The armor transmits data to it's user allowing the user to effectively use his 5 sense(including touch) All armors have communicators inside of them aswell, to communicate with each other even while inside the armor. Furthermore the Mandalorian armor has many sensing aids which boost the user's visual perception. Also the part of the armor covering the users mouth can open if there is a concentration of chakra in the user's mouth, allowing the user to spew out attacks normally. The armor's jet-pack is operated by a fuel tank which is compartmentalized to prevent accidental explosions.
Jet-Pack: The user gains the ability to fly and maneuver in sky using his pressurized Jet-pack. The Jet-Pack moves the user around at his/her base speed level. Can fly for two turns at a time with a one-turn recharge time. The jetpack can be used a total of five times before it runs out of fuel.
Immunity to C-rank and Below Taijutsu as well as Simple Weapons: Due to it's strong material the Mandalorian armor can absorb the damage dealt by C-rank and below Taijutsu.
-Chakra Sensing Using the armors helment the user gains the ability to see chakra but not differentiate between shadow clones.
-Motion Sensing: The helmet allows the user to better track and see objects in motion. This ability is equivalent to the motion sensing of a 1T Sharingan.
-Infrared and Heat Seeking: The armor's helmet allows the user to see and seek heat signatures using infrared vision.
-Vibrating Sword: By vibration his sword the user can increase his cutting ability as well as the power of his Kenjutsu (+15). This can be done twice per battle and lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 1: The user's speed is increased 50%. Lasts for two turns.
-Speed Stimulants LVL 2: The user's speed is doubled. Lasts one turn.
-Strength Stimulant LVL 1: The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +15 damage. Lasts two turns.
-Strength Stimulants LVL 2 (2 CB per turn): The user's power is increased and all his Taijutsu deal +30 damage. Lasts one turn.
-Once a stimulant is used, the user must wait two turns before using another stimulant again.

✞Background Info:
History
Genesis was a very rare and prodigy ninja by being the leader of the mandalores and drafted by the anbu by the time he was 14. He grew up by himself as an orphan living from scrap to scrap till he was opted to join the anbu of his village. Genesis had one female friend he grew up with and she joined the anbu alongside him. He loved that girl with his whole life. He was a very calm hearted person and never let his emotions take him for a loop. He didnt like to use ninjutsu but rather kenjutsu. He was a master swordsman even praised by both mifune and hanzo. One day ame had got infiltrated by the sannin jiraya and attacked pain. As this was going on nobody knew of this. The sannin managed to kill one pain but died there. It was then pain figured somebody had to let the sannin into the village. Somebody who knew the ins and outs of the villages. He assumed it was indeed genesis. Genesis was very prideful so he did not beg, but he expressed it indeed was not him. Pain did not believe him but Genesis didnt care much. He continued to do what his job was, being an anbu for the village. The very next day he was looking for his partner/love and could not find her.. For several hours he could not find her so he made his way towards the pain hideout to ask them what happen. As he walked through the entrance he saw all the pains (Excluding the summon path) hovering over his love.. Blood all on the ground. His eyes widen in shock.. The Deva path looked at him as he withdrew his chakra rod and said "This is the punishment for betrayal.. Make sure it dont happen again" So many things was going through genesis.. He was too prideful to let pain get the best of his emotions.. But he was beyond hurt his lover is no longer alive.. If only he made it moments earlier... All the pains then turned around... As that happens a blood lust full of anger took over him. He slowly took out his swords and muttered "By the name of me Genesis Mandalore. I promise the day your deaths will be upon us now. And I shall stain the blood of my own hands with your unpurity cleansing this village of you" Deva Path then took out a chakra rod. As this happen, all the pains launched towards genesis and so did he. The battle was beyond intense, Genesis armor really saved him as regular weapons would not work. He knew not to use ninjutsu or one of the paths would suck it up. He just fought with kenjutsu. He managed to scar each and every one of them... But he knew he was fighting a loosing battle.. They felt no pain while he did.. He was exhuasted.. He knew He had to escape.. He shed one tear and at the right moment he activated his hidden strength and speed. Lifted up his lover and launched out the hideout. Running out the village knowing pain rain jutsu was in affect he kept going till it was no longer raining.. Soon as he reached out the village. He knew what he had to do... He burried his lover somewhere safe, and promised on his life he will never let a death like that happens in the ninja world. He promised her he would build the mandalore clan to his best to prevent it and to kill those who oppose his way. He then set out to lead his mandalores.

Water Legend: Due to his mastery of rain, that increased his jutsus with water overall learning how to master water jutsus with 1 handseals only
Wind Assassin: Also able to master rain, this pushed his wind jutsus to the extreme. Allowing him to do 20 Wind Jutsus within 5seconds
Mandalore Techniques: Being a prodigy and being appointed leader of his own clan. Giving him Sensing via his helmet (Heat, Chakra, and Tracking) Vibrating Sword, Jetpack, and Increased Speed & Strength
Taijutsu & Kenjutsu Master: Genesis mastering the art of hand to hand combat also being a legend in simply kenjutsu. He has increase agility and reflexes due to his kenjutsu mastery. Was said he defeated a small village only using his taijutsu and kenjutsu
