Looks:Weiss is a tall man with a muscular build. His most distinguishing feature is his shoulder-length, extremely spiky white hair, which sticks up in all directions at the front and sides and partially covers his face. His eyes are blue with yellow rings around the pupils. While his upper body is completely bare, he wears white pants tied with a black sash similar in appearance to a karate uniform, and knee high boots Weiss often sports a broad smile during battle or when he gets excited.
Personality:Weiss is a highly charismatic leader who is very confident in his abilities. Although he usually appears calm, he is also shown to be quite insane, caring very little for his own subordinates and taking delight in their deaths just as much as those of his enemies He also seems to be brash and reckless.

History:
The Beginning
Weiss at a early age was taken in by an Unknown Orphanage that was created to conduct experiments on "War Orphans" such as Weiss the countless years of being toyed with created something Dark inside of Weiss when pushed Weiss would go into a frenzy killing those around in a attempt to preserve his life seeing this the People who ran the Orphanage decided to train Weiss to become a Ninja no not just a Ninja but the Perfect Soldier to be sent out on the battlefield and raise hell.

Weiss was trained in the use of Kenjutsu "The Way Of The Sword" as they saw he was more efficient in handling blades more then anything else they tried to train him in he was able to pick up most of the training they gave him but when it came to Kenjutsu he excelled in it claiming it as a way of life though he still used Ninjutsu he mainly focused on Kenjutsu or techniques he could combine with Kenjutsu
Freedom
Years later others were recruited into the same training as Weiss they stormed battlefields as they quickly became known to the Five Great Countries the Orphanage was also brought into the light Kirigakure quickly moved into action they sent their Special Black Ops to annihilate and free all those that deserved it of Course Weiss was among the ones to be eliminated.
The Night they moved on the Orphanage the Night skies were lit with the fire of battle as Kirigakure attacked freeing those kids that were experimented on. Weiss was charged with protecting the Heads of the council but gave in to his inner beast and slaughtered them himself for the pain he had to injure at his time at the Orphanage soon after that the Kirigakure Nin entered the scene and saw the results of Weiss work and decided to take him in after a long interrogation he was employed by Kirigakure as a Ninja earning his freedom Weiss now enjoys a life that he never really had but in the Shadows his inner beast is lurking waiting for a chance to pounce.
