Kazuhiko is a lean-built young man of average height, straight sandy hair and brown eyes. He is normally seen wearing a fashionably Kimono. Under the Kimono (or when taken off during battle for flexibility) consist of: black clothing, ninja sandals with spikes for travelling into mountainous regions, and three ninja pouches on his back-waist. Often he wears long robes and head scarfs for long travel or facing desert storms in Land of Sand.
Upon leaving Sand, he took on a new style: wearing armour over his causal black clothing and gloves.

When younger, Kazuhiko was a mild-mannered, courteous, yet fairly reserved child. As he grow into adulthood, he is portrayed as very serious and a full-develop individual, normally seen with a look of confidence. He define himself as being aloof and stolid to his commrades. He express an indiffrent outlook on worldly problems if it does not pertain to him. He becomes compassionate of goals and interest. He is dutiful to any village he reside. He is resilent in battle. He showed no arrogrance and often commended his opponents on their abilities whilst underestimating his own. He is respectful, particularly to those to the fallen and the dead. A prevalent trait that Kazuhiko possessed is his submissiveness and his willingness to follow the lead of others. He has a highly-developed sense of diplomacy and utilize the trait when the persons leadership is called into question.

History: Kazuhiko is a Jounin from Sunagakure. The constant change in hierarchy left bericking amongst the village. Kazuhiko was in the middle of it all devising a plan. Once he announce his plans to the higher-ups, they turn him a way in utter failure. Unable to abide by his proposal, he showed comtempt towards them. Instead on assulting the village and throwing the village into chaos, he left; becoming a Rouge ninja. He wandered the lands and villages and encounter many foes, eventually getting a name for himself. Later down the road, he set his sight on the Land of Sound. There he form a village and stands together with them as comrades with a new cause.

Weaponry: Kazuhiko carries multiple ninja pouches filled with kunai knives, shuriken, explosive and flash tags, smoke bombs, and explosive bombs/tags. Occasionally, he travels around with a large scroll on his back-waist which store ninja tools which would be otherwise inaccessible during battle. He wields a katanna showing a level of skill in swordmenship.
