Askin has medium length black hair with white streaks, with a strand hanging down in front of his face, reaching his mouth. In addition to his Sternritter uniform, he wears 3 layers of collared silver armor around his neck, shins, and crotch accented with periwinkle stripes with an indigo jewel in the center, as well as ornamental pink, purple, and red bracers on his left arm. He has lavender eyes, a thin face with pronounced cheekbones and markings running from the ends of his eyebrows to the corners of his eyes
Personality:
Askin can best be described as eccentric and unpredictable, at times offering levity to otherwise serious situations. He is very sarcastic, pointing out obvious mistakes people make. By his own admission, he is not good at dealing with meticulous details, and would rather finish things quickly. Askin is incredibly laid back and relaxed, having a picnic in the middle of a battlefield and using binoculars to watch his fellow leaf shinobi fight, although he dislikes getting caught in the mess that certain shinobi creates. Askin seems to be very attached to the emotions of Apathy and Curiosity, which at times intertwine with one another and contradicts each other also. His attraction to not only his own Apathy, but the apathy of others usually triggers an abundance of uncontrolled curiosity, which makes his mind one of the most confusing things a person could deal with. At one point he'd be completely carefree, lacking interest in anything, until seeing the lack of interest in other people, which interests him. His apathy mostly revolves around the fact that he thinks he has no real meaning in life, so he gets very curious about the meaning of other people's lives, thinking one day he'd find his own meaning or see something new which he'd never witnessed in a person.

Background info.
History:
Childhood/Youth:
Askin was from a member of the infamous Hozuki clan thus naturally one of his primary dreams was always to become one of the strongest Shinobi in history. His father was a killer and elite Shinobi, said to had come down from the heavens to gift the world with a child from his bloodline. He disappeared after Askin's birth, sensing that he didn't carry any of his bloodline traits bar white streaks in his hair. His mother on the other hand was a well known woman, whom herself was praised as some sort if angelic figure due to her unrivaled beauty within the Hozuki clan. When Askin's mother found out about who and what Askin's father was, she decided to take him to an old friend of hers that had built his own temple just outside of the Water country. She thought that sending the 5 year old, narcissistic Askin to the temple near Kiri would ease any inner attributes he may have inherited from his father.. He spent his days simply training to become a genin at the temple in order to become a Kiri shinobi, and once he did they referred to the child as "Hasshein" a.k.a "God's Poison Taster" and believed he was prophesied to unite the warring villages. Once he turned about 10, Askin decided he wanted to see the world and learn different things in different ways, so he parted from the old temple to start a long journey.
- Throughout his travels Askin had met a good man named Mystagon who took him in and taught him to use an element for the first time. Askin and Mystagon trained for an extended period of time before Mystagon suddenly and mysteriously disappeared and could no longer teach him the ways of lightning. Askin felt as if he wouldn't be able to pick back up on his training anytime soon but out of the blue a shinobi named Korra showed up and announced that she'd be training him in lightning from that day on. Hearing the news Askin was overjoyed and was ready to jump back into training with the shinobi avatar. Over time the two trained intensely which lead to Askin mastering the element of lightning in what seemed to be like mere weeks.. But at the end of the day, Askin was at that moment still inferior to his predecessors, which he didn't mind.
- Thinking he'd gained all the possible knowledge of lightning release from Korra, he took a break from training with her for a while in order to head back to the Water country in hopes of seeing his mother again. While on his way through a certain area in the fire country he crossed the great naruto bridge which he heard stories about but while crossing it he crossed paths with a Shinobi named Solf J. Kimblee. Solf and Askin instantly clashed with eachother which only resulted in a quick, one sided battle that favored Solf. Feeling utterly inferior to the ninja Askin abandoned the mission to see his mom and used his tracking skills to hunt down the man who made childs play of him. After a couple of days of tracking him he finally caught up to Solf and pleaded for him to teach him skills in water jutsu so that they could one day fight on equal grounds. Out of what was surely pitty Solf decided to take Askin and make him his student. The two first crossed a giant lake where Solf taught Askin the basics of the Suiton element and lead him to a hidden forest. The forest was inhabited with many unknown creatures that hunted through the day and night, but to complete the training Askin would have to follow his teacher through the place. After entering the forest they traveled for days on out while Solf taught him even more basic skills. They'd finally make it to a large dojo on the outskirts of the forest that seemed to be owned by Solf. Askin and his teacher stayed at the dojo without leaving for 2 years straight in order for him to gain mastery of suiton which he realized to be his affinity. He then vowed to crush his teacher with the very skills he taught him in order to repay him for the loss he had previously suffered.
- After leaving the dojo that he presently owned, Askin also sought out training in wind, fire and earth, which were taught to him by shinobi such as Vision, Hazama, Coyote, Cobalt, Hellsbadass and Wind.... They all taught the young Shinobi something different about each element which led to his mastery over each and him being able to weild them with such ease. A little while later, he ran into a man named Gobi who took him in as a student, though it wasn't for an element. Gobi taught Jio how to mess with his foes minds, casting illusions and such. He quickly got the hang of this art, mastering it and making it one of his main ways of fighting..
- Later on in Askin's life, after he had mastered all of the basics and finished his travel of curiosity, he Joined Sunagakure because he heard of their laid back style, and took his spot as a loyal shinobi. After spending some time back home in the Sand, Askin was called forth by the Kazekage... But why? He went nervously not knowing why the Woman (Daenerys) wanted to see him, but he made sure to hide any hints of intimidation. She had called him up for a mission, not any mission, but an undercover S-rank mission that would prove to be very difficult. Askin had to be sent to Amegakure as a spy... He was sent to the village hidden in the rain simply to live amongst them and relay info between himself and Suna. Near the end of his spying mission, which took nearly 4 years, he had finally been sent home, though before he left he took a scroll which detailed the ways to learn and complete the secret element Ameton.
God's Poison Taster:
At this point, Askin was living a normal Jonin life. He went on missions when needed, but mostly aided with Chuunin examinations and things of that nature. Once he found enough free time, he had decided to do some more traveling, but this time it was to visit his mother without anything getting in his way. Of course he made it to her without a hitch, spending a good amount of time taking care of her and making sure she'd be well off if he left. He had offered her a chance to simply live with him in Suna but she refused to leave her lonely life, especially to stay in a village ran by Shinobi. With that in mind, Askin built her a new home by hand, and used topography scrolls in order to create for her an entire land. Once he finished and he knew for sure his mother was alright, he was about to head back home but she said there was one more thing he had to know about himself. She briefed him on her bloodline, which was why he inherited such a great water affinity with such ease. This shocked him, but prompted him to head to kiri to learn more about the clan's hidden abilities.

Tools and Such: Askin is very adept in the use of Water release, which is his first affinity and also his signature element. Askin is one of the most advanced (Self proclaimed) Water release user in his Generation, being able to perform every Water related technique except for Kekkei Genkai techniques with a single and swift handseal. Askin's second elemental affinity is the Wind release, he is also very adapt at using wind techniques at an accelerated speed. Being even on par with high level Suna shinobi. Askin has exactly 6 swords hidden within his attire, each one are razor sharp and fully capable of conducting Wind chakra. They are comparable to Kirabi's eight blades but about 2/3 of the length. Askin is an exceptional genjutsu user also, his skill with genjutsu is so vast that it is said to rival even those of the Uchiha's. Most of his techniques focus around Pain or paralyzation; primarily using pain as a medium to torture his opponent, he would torture his most hated enemies rather than kill them quickly; something he chalks up to just "venting". He also has fairly above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to his intense Taijutsu training, Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat, thus doubling his base movement speed. His tool pouch is filled with steel crafted boomerangs but with the sizes comparable to small shuriken. Each boomerang would have an explosive tag and 5 senses disorder tag placed on them, being able to be remotely activated at will. Along with the tiny boomerangs, he carries a massive 5 1/2 foot long black boomerang on his back, used for his fatal impact techniques.
Being born Ambidextrous, Askin is able to weild weapons such as his swords and boomerangs with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one he is using. While in combat with just a single sword he usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once.
Scrolls:
Topography scrolls - Dragon, being a keen user of Earth Release carries many topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made with an ink pen strapped to it. His ready-prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to emerge from the ground. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. Another unique look to it is the numerous Dragon body designs that cover the surface of all the walls, looking as if the walls were made of earthen Dragon scales.
The second scroll has a huge earthen pyramid drawn on it, thus turning the terrain into a massive pyramid that covers up to 60 meters around and stands 75 meters in height, leaving the user and everything around trapped in a dark, hallow pyramid.
The last scroll is quite simple. It creates numerous 20m tall, 8m thick walls that stand merely 5 meters apart side by side and front to back, spanning out into a 50m radius thus creating a field of huge walls around the terrain.
All these topography Scrolls are used for the Wheel of Fortune technique or Topography control technique.
Elemental Jutsu scrolls - Attached to his left leg are pre-made scrolls for three different elemental techniques that require it, just to have them ready.
