Having the Art is a Blast! Nindo means you understand self-expression and eccentricism go hand in hand. You tend to be seen as quirky and even weird to others as you dive deep into the unorthodox. You can materialize your specialized element or skill without needing a source. This applies to various Elemental Jutsu where logical such as Water or Earth-based substances and Fields that require a source to first be present and not created such as Advanced Ninjutsu ( Rain, Sound, Ink, etc ).
Hastened Elements:
The user’s primary element has a quicker speed than normal, moving faster than other users of the same field. This allows a field he specializes in to move at 2 base speed levels higher than normal. This only applies to fields enhanced via Single Handseal, Sourceless Materializing, Sustainment, Increased Elemental, and/or Apex Handseal Specialties.

Strong Fist:
The user’s pure Taijutsu attacks have strength to Elemental Ninjutsu. This does not include Nintaijutsu or enhanced Taijutsu via Gates, 7HB, CES, or other States. Should the user's Taijutsu destroy a technique completely, the user will not suffer any effects such as burns or cuts from energy-based Ninjutsu.

Bone Breaker:
The user’s CQC skills become capable of cracking and breaking bones. Cracked bones occur with at least 60 damage and prevents direct CQC use of S+ ranks as well as reducing their base speed by 25%. Broken bones occur when 80+ damage has been dealt to a limb or torso, preventing use of CQC techniques above C rank as well as reducing their base speed by 50% until actively healed, ignoring passive heals. This excludes bladed weapon use.

Background Info
History: Shugo was born to the Minamoto Clan, which dominated the Raitoninguroddobare region. It was a lower clan that deployed ninjas to protect miners working in the large quarries beneath Lightning Mountain. The clan quickly amassed wealth and over time transitioned to an immaculate lifestyle, becoming powerful nobles. However, the clan that felt bound to safeguard mines rapidly understood that the arrangement was degrading and beneath their rank.
Shugo, who was 8 years old, came from a sixth-generation Minamoto Clan family. He was the son of Arisu Minamoto, the wife of Junichiro (the Minamoto Clan's leader), who had an unmarried child with his father Jin, a miner. When Junichiro found out, he had them both killed to prevent rumors from spreading and bringing shame to the clan.
