I focus my chakra into the water below me and manipulate it into a water figure. Then I begin to mold it into me, creating a water clone.
I now manipulate my chakra in this clone again, causing it to loosen up and dissolve back into water. As it falls on the ground, I manipulate the water further and then raise it, and mold it into 4 tengrils of water that are launched at the target.

The advantages:
-No handseal is required so it can be used quickly.
-It can be used at quick succesions, catching an opponent off guard.

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

*Creates clone* I want you to attack my clone with multiple taijutsu strikes, varying from punches to kicks. The last strike should make the clone go into the air, try performing an uppercut. Once the opponent is in the air, gather and concentrate a portion of your suiton chakra. Channel the chakra to your arm, and start molding it. Manipulate the chakra to create actual water, manipulate the water's properties to make it extremely sharp as you release it as an arc onto the opponent. This technique only has use for Short Range, which is a disadvantage.

As I hit him with my left fist, I right leg to kick him to the right and then use my knee on his stomach while using my right elbow to hit his back. I continuously attack him before using my right fist to give him an uppercut in the jaw, sending him into the air. Then I rapidly focus water chakra into both arms and then transform it into water as I jump towards him and place my both hands across my chest in an X form. As I get above him, I open my arms forcefully, releasing two tendrils of water which I manipulate into two crescent shaped water blades that slice him.

Here we have a simple technique. Gather your suiton chakra then channel it throughout your body and into the area below your opponent. The next step is to mold the chakra to create a source of water beneath him/her. Manipulate this water to erupt speedily beneath your opponent with enough force capable of lifting him/her in the air. This is a handy technique and may be used for many purposes, be it offensive, defensive or supplementary.

I focus my water chakra into my legs and from there, channel it into the ground and beneath your clone. Then I quickly transform the chakra into water and manipulate it into a instant jet of water that bursts through the ground and propels the clone into the air.

Alright. The next technique is basically releasing a Water Projectile from your arm. This technique is capable of driving through the opponent, launching him/her back a distance in the process.

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

Gather your chakra and begin to concentrate. Once you have attained concentration, channel the gathered chakra through your chakra circulatory system and to your dominant arm. Perform the Ram handseal. Once the chakra is at the arm, mold it to form water around the arm. With the source of water surrounding your arm, thrust the arm forwards to release the water. Manipulate the released water's shape to make it that of a bullet/projectile. Aim at a nearby tree.

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

This one is pretty much straight forward, similar to ( Suiton: Mizu Hashira Suiryoku no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Pillar Thrust in the way that you'll create a moving water source. Only this time, the moving water source is created for use on one's self and ends with a sword assault. Gather your suiton chakra then channel it throughout your body and into the area below you. The next step is to mold the chakra to create a source of water beneath you. Manipulate this water to speedily transport you towards your opponent, which is my clone in this case. As you're in Close Range of him, grab your sword and slash him several times. Be specific about the areas you slash.

I begin to focus on my chakra and then I take control of my water chakra and channel it to my dominant arm. Then I perform the needed handseal and transform the chakra into water and manipulate as a water coat encasing my arm. I now thrust my arm outwards and release all the water from my hand in one straight spiralling projectile that hits the nearby tree.

I proceed to channel my chakra from around my body into the ground through my feet and then transform the chakra into a pool of water which I move in a linear motion towards your clone by manipulating my chakra in it. As I close in on him, I draw my sword and slash his arms so that he cannot attacj me using them and then I slash his chest twice and his neck upwards finally.

Alright, gather your chakra and perform the Boar → Dog → Ram handseals. Once the handseals are completed, channel the chakra through your chakra network and to the palm of your dominant hand. This is where you will begin to mold and manipulate the chakra. By manipulating the chakra, create a source of water in your palm. By further manipulating the chakra, make the water blast forward in a spiraling manner which will then create a large wall of water. This can be used for offensive and defensive purposes.

Okay. Time to speed things up

I begin to focus on my chakra and gather it steadily. Then I perform the 3 handseals and channel the gathered chakra into my dominant hand. Without wasting any time, I begin to transform the chakra into water and consequently manipulate it's shape into a spiralling vortex of water as I thrust my hand forward, releasing all the water as a pillar of spiralling water.

This technique, to put it simple is the manipulation of pre-existing water to create a powerful Water Dragon. An obvious disadvantage of this technique is the Long series of handseals required. However, if Water is your elemental affinity, you can get this technique done with only a handseal or two.

(Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Alright, so gather your suiton chakra. Once enough chakra is gathered, perform the handseals as followed: Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird. It's a lot of seals, so practice them and remember them. The next step is to channel the chakra through your chakra network and into the lake below. Use the chakra, manipulate it to form a Dragon which has great physical capabilities.

I begin to focus on my chakra after which I gather it. Then I begin to waive the 44 handseals(O_O), slowly at first and then increasing the pace gradually. As I waive, I say them aloud so as to memorize them. After that stage, I channel all the gathered chakra into the pre-existing lake through my feet. Then I manipulate the water through my chakra and create a massive water dragon of great strength.
