Welcome to training, this is a brief on how this training with proceed. What will be given, and what is expected of you. This isn't complicated, pretty simple to understand.

Your reply should be no less than two sentences and it should be descriptive enough. I'm not a fan of wallies though, so please don't exceed 5 sentences for each technique. If something should prevent you from replying in training for the next 2 weeks, please inform me. With that out of the way, lets begin. Water is one of the five basic elements in Narutoverse. the techniques used to manipulate this element are known as Water Release. Water release techniques allow you to manipulate already existing water, such from a water source, or the human body's liquids. At a certain degree of skill, you can produce water from the humidity within the air.
Due to the natural characteristics of water, Water Release has a natural weakness towards earth for the obvious reason of it being a liquid with an unstable shape plus earth being able to observe water.
Raiton techniques can take advantage of water's strong conducting of lightning, which is kind of a double edge sword.
Water Release is naturally strong against fire.

The chakra paper reactions are as follows:
-Fire: the paper will ignite and turn to ash.
-Wind: the paper will split in two
-Lightning: the paper will wrinkle.
-Earth: the paper will turn to dirt and crumble away.
-Water: the paper will become wet/damp. . (This is your aim)

I hold the chakra paper with my index and middle fingers as I begin to channel my chakra through my body towards my hand and into the leaf, while focusing on the characteristics of water, closing my eyes during the proccess and only focus on the leaf and imagining the wet feel I experience when taking a shower <_< I suddenly feel a chill throughout my body, so I deepen my concentration and release my chakra in a burst, as it reaches my finger tips the chakra paper becomes soaked in water.

In the diagram above, that red and blue area at the abdomen is where we gather chakra. It then goes through small streams, we call this the chakra network.

The Chakra Network is the term for the channels within the body that transfer and channel chakra. Simply put they serve the same function for chakra as blood vessels do for blood. Along the chakra pathways, there 361 nodes called tenketsu that control the flow of chakra like circuit breakers, and within those tenketsu are Eight Gates which control body function and strain levels.

We will begin with a D Rank technique, this is the rank of power/effect on the body. There are: E,D,C,B,A,S and Forbidden Rank (ascending towards the right).

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water,small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.


Gather a small portion of chakra, then channel the chakra throughout your chakra network. Release the chakra into the water below, and proceed to manipulate it. Remember, it's your chakra, so you're in charge of controlling it. By controlling the chakra in the water, you control the water itself. Manipulate the water to form small waves.​

After gathering a decent amount of suiton chakra, I release it into the water below in continues waves, I keep channeling my chakra along the waves making them add up in speed and gather momentum as they advance.
I then test my control over them by splitting up my stream of chakra into two directions, which results in the creation of two sets of waves.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Alright, young pedofile ninja. Gather a portion of your chakra once again, remember this is just a D rank technique, so don't force yourself. When enough chakra is gathered, channel it through your chakra network and to your mouth. With the chakra at it's destination of release, manipulate it's property to become that of a liquid, the property of water. Upon release, with further chakra manipulation, make the water disperse into the air, forming a pearly-white realm (mist). Remember, this mist is controlled by your chakra, depending on the amount you put in, the mist's thickness can differ. Because the mist contains your chakra, Sharingan and Rinnegan users will only see a field of chakra, but this can't fool the Byakugan. Another way of doing this is to release your chakra into a pre-existing water source and manipulate it to disperse.

Advantage: This technique hides your location from most shinobi, it also creates an opportunity for an offensive move towards the target while they are unable to locate you. ​

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Not exactly sure how this technique works since I couldn't find the wiki. Anyways, give it a shot. Gather a portion of your Suiton chakra and channel it through your chakra network and to the palm of your dominant hand. When that is completed, you'll need a certain amount of focus to create a liquid property from the chakra. With the chakra at your palm, manipulate it to form water, then form it's shape into that of a sword. You can cut and stab with it just like a normal blade.​

I start by channeling my suiton towards my right hand's palm. I gather a decent amount of suiton chakra in my hand and start manipulating the humid in the air that is in contact with my palm. Manipulating the water created from the humidity, I create a sword.

Description: The user will create a water shark to jump into the air and bolt towards the opponent, striking them.
Note: Requires a water source.

Alright, channel chakra to the sole of your feet then walk upon the lake nearby. Gather a portion of your Suiton chakra then begin to concentrate. Channel the chakra throughout your chakra network and into the water below. By manipulating your chakra, form a shark from the water below. With the water shark formed, control it by manipulating your chakra, have it emerge from the water, flip and dive back in.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Gather your Suiton chakra then begin concentration. Perform these three handseals, Rat → Dog → Ox. Manipulate the chakra to take on the property of water, with enough concentration, create the whip of water. This seems very strong, and you can channel lightning through it to shock a restrained target.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Gather your chakra, when enough is gathered, begin to concentrate. This technique is used to produce high-viscosity chakra infused water. Perform the Ram then Tiger handseal, once done, channel the chakra you gathered before through your chakra network and to your mouth. With the chakra at your mouth, manipulate it's property to that similar to water, however, with good enough concentration, make it as thick and sticky as possible.

Alright, channel chakra to the sole of your feet then walk upon the lake nearby. Gather a portion of your Suiton chakra then begin to concentrate. Channel the chakra throughout your chakra network and into the water below. By manipulating your chakra, form a shark from the water below. I start by concentrating my suiton chakra into my feet, as I release a stream of my chakra, I walk on the water till I reach the middle of the lake. I then stream my chakra throw my feel in a steady and calm fashion, allowing me to keep my balance.
I then manipulate the water using my suiton chakra, changing its shape and increasing its density, making a shark shaped figure that is lenient enough to swim.
I then make the shark swim upwards, emerge from the water, flip and dive back.

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Gather your Suiton chakra then begin concentration. Perform these three handseals, Rat → Dog → Ox. Manipulate the chakra to take on the property of water, with enough concentration, create the whip of water. This seems very strong, and you can channel lightning through it to shock a restrained target.

As I preform the required handseals, I gather the needed amount of suiton chakra into my palms. I release my chakra into the surrounding air, causing the humid to materialize, as a tube shapes in my hand I further lengthen it by collecting more humidity from the air.
I then manipulate the water's substance, making it more dense and coherent, resulting in the creation of a whip.

I start by focusing my suiton chakra within my body. As I manipulation the liquids withing, I start gathering them in my stomach and manipulating them, increasing their density and viscosity. As I spit it all out, it comes out as high-viscosity sticky that attaches to any object it makes contact with.
