Welcome to training, this is a brief on how this training with proceed. What will be given, and what is expected of you. This isn't complicated, pretty simple to understand.

Before posting, subscribe to the thread by clicking "thread tools" to the top right of this post and selecting subscribe. When you are subscribed, you can seee if I have posted by clicking your "UserCP".

Your reply should be no less than two sentences and it should be descriptive enough. I'm not a fan of wallies though, so please don't exceed 5 sentences for each technique. If something should prevent you from replying in training for the next 2 weeks, please inform me. With that out of the way, lets begin. Your first post should include an approved biography of your choice.

Suiton is one of the five basic elements. It is used to create or manipulate water.

Suiton is strong against fire.

Suiton is weak against lighting

Two water users would be kisame and the 2nd hokage.

The 2nd hokage was able to create water out of nothing.

The Chakra Network is the term for the channels within the body that transfer and channel chakra. Simply put they serve the same function for chakra as blood vessels do for blood. Along the chakra pathways, there 361 nodes called tenketsu that control the flow of chakra like circuit breakers, and within those tenketsu are Eight Gates which control body function and strain levels.

Gather a small portion of chakra, then channel the chakra throughout your chakra network. Release the chakra into the water below, and proceed to manipulate it. Remember, it's your chakra, so you're in charge of controlling it. By controlling the chakra in the water, you control the water itself. Manipulate the water to form small waves.

This is a D Rank technique, this is the rank of power/effect on the body. E,D,C,B,A,S and Forbidden Rank (ascending towards the right).

The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Users: Zabuza, Mei Terumi, Kakashi, Itachi and Kisame to name a few.

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of
Draining

allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.

* I start by gathering water chakra. I then send it into the water under me. I then form a shark under the water. I then make it come and jump into the air.*

Advantage - Can form under the water out of sight from opponent.

Disadvantage - short range and requires a water source.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand
seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water
that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing
action or wrap around the target to bind them. This
technique can also have lightning techniques channeled
through when they have bound their victim with the water
whip.

User: Hisame

*i start by performing Rat → Dog → Ox handseals then whipI start by gathering water chakra in my hand. I then manifest it into water. I then thin out the water and shape it into a long round bar. I then whip it at a tree*

Advantage - Can reach up to mid range.

Description: The user After performing the required hand
seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused
water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream
of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap
that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively
reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique,
and has the effect of being able to take complete control
over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is
normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also
possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being
caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling
chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it
uninhibited, beforehand.

User: Izumo Kamizuki

*I start by performing the Ram → Tiger handseals. I then gather water chakra into my mouth. I then make the water have a sticky property. I then spit it out on the ground.*

Advantage - Can stop the opponent from moving.

Disadvantage - Requires handseals.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user
creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water
clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are
also limited in that they can only travel short range from
the user without losing control. When a water clone take
enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and
requires a water source.

User: Kisame

*I perform the tiger handseal then I start to gather water chakra. I then send it into the water. I then raise up some water. I then shape the water into a humanoid shape. I then refine it more until it looks exactly like me*

Advantage - Makes a clone that can use jutsu.

Disadvantage - requires a water source. Can only move short range away from user.

Chakra Cost: 15

Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

Gather your suiton chakra by concentrating. I then want you to channel the chakra through your chakra network, to your feet, then into the water below. That was the easy part, the next step is to manipulate the chakra you have released in the water. This can be done by concentration, and once done, you should be able to form a rotating mass. Your chakra is in control of the water, and you are in control of your chakra, so if you manipulate the chakra to rotate, the water will rotate. Strike my clone to your east.
