As you are using the Wheel of Fortune (for it takes a while, since drawing on a scroll uses time), I use:

I create three clones that poof into existence in front of me. Then the surroundings change around me according to your description: a giant circle with the ceiling closed,and a lake of water in the middle (I'm going to let it slide, but you can't add water to your surroundings change. Also, what traps?) As you press your hands onto the water to use your shark frenzy move, one of my clones draws its swords (I have a double blade one, it's in my bio) and uses:
(Chidori Eisou) - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear

Description: The user is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade
of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics,
including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.
Upon doing so, he brings the sword up and cuts a hole through the ceiling and my two clones and I escape out of your trap whilst your water moves hit the clone that had used the lightning move. Thus that clone is sacrificed. Also, since it is only my clone left, your wind moves misses me. Once outside, my two clones and I stand upon the dome (assuming you said a giant circle with the ceiling closed) I use:

Description: Drawing together the user's dual short swords, electrical energy will begin to
crackle around the swords. A plume of of an electrified chakra-like essence will rise into
the clouds above to activate the lightning to come crashing down on the target.
Thus using this, I raise my blades and cause a lightning bolt to come down through the hole in the dome that my clone earlier had created. This lightning bolt goes through the hole and electrifies you and the water...perhaps you've died.
