『歴史 History』 Ororo Munroe was born in the highlands of the Land of Lightning, where jagged peaks pierced the clouds and the wind carried the scent of rain. Her mother, N’Dare Munroe, descended from an ancient line of white-haired, white-eyed Ōtsutsuki witch-priestesses, guardians of sacred shrines and secret elemental ninjutsu. Though N’Dare carried the bloodline’s eyes and heritage, she had not inherited the full mastery or physical presence of her forebears. Her father was a wandering human shinobi who appeared briefly in the highlands, teaching Ororo basic chakra control and ninjutsu before vanishing. From an early age, Ororo displayed an unusual attunement to nature. By age eight, she began experimenting with Storm Release, tiny bolts of condensed lightning and small thunderclouds that flared unpredictably with her emotions. During a prolonged drought, she instinctively guided rainfall to the parched fields, and crops began to thrive once more. Villagers whispered in awe, calling her Arashi no Megami, “Goddess of Storms,” leaving offerings at the local shrine in hopes she would continue to bring prosperity. Her youth was shaped by trials of control and responsibility. Rogue shinobi once attempted to extort the village, and Ororo’s uncontrolled bursts of Ranton destroyed part of their encampment. Though lives were saved, she learned early that power without discipline could harm those she sought to protect. As a teenager, she sought training beyond the highlands. At the remote Ryuuchi Cave, she met the White Snake Sage, who instructed her in Snake Senjutsu and Sage Mode, requiring meditation, patience, and perfect attunement to natural chakra. There she encountered a small black-and-white snake drawn to her unusually strong Raiton chakra. She formed a contract with the serpent, naming it Sparky, who became both companion and amplifier of her lightning abilities. For the next decade, Ororo’s path was guided by a singular goal: the Tenseigan, a legendary dōjutsu said to awaken the full potential of an Ōtsutsuki’s chakra. Hearing whispers of the Tenseigan’s existence and the powers it could grant, she traveled across distant lands, seeking ancient shrines, lost scrolls, and surviving sages who might reveal its secrets. She studied the history and techniques of her maternal Ōtsutsuki lineage, meditated atop storm-lashed peaks, and experimented with her Storm Release, elemental ninjutsu, and Snake Senjutsu to strengthen her affinity for natural energy. These journeys were not without hardship. Oppressive daimyō, rival clans, and those who feared or coveted her growing abilities tested her resolve, forcing her to balance intervention with caution. Yet even in these trials, her deeds, guiding rain to villages, protecting travelers, and subtly shaping the weather, earned her quiet reverence. People began to speak of the white-eyed, silver-haired woman who could call storms to the land, unaware of her pursuit of the Tenseigan, but sensing that her presence could bend fortune and nature alike. It was during this time in the Land of Water, years later, her meditations revealed another voice, not from the sky above, but from the ocean below. A storm’s reflection led her to the Abyssal Depths (深淵の海 – Shin’en no Umi), the sacred domain of the Abyssal Shark Sage, a colossal being said to embody the ocean’s will. There she undertook the Trials of the Abyssal Depths to unlock Shark Sage Mode. ● ○ 『他』 Other 『Apex Hand Seal Specialist』Storm can perform techniques of Ranton without the usage of hand seals, though you must still perform complementary and logical body movements related to the technique. This applies even if said jutsu does not have specific movements detailed in its description. 『Sourceless Materializing Specialist』Storm can materialize Suiton without needing a source. 『Chakra Fortification』The user can add an additional effective 10 Chakra to their Ranton, though not at any increased cost or strain to the user. This simply allows their techniques to have 10 more chakra infused into them. Does not require another Specialty to utilize. 『Personal Summoning Specialist』You can have one custom contracted animal, Sparky, with you at all times. Whether it be from Canon or Custom Contracts, you have the monopoly of that summon, and other users of the contract may not utilize it when facing you in battle, or in the NW until your defeat. However Sparky is not a combat focused summon. Sparky is a personal summon known for its strong electrorecption abilities and ability to enhance Lightning Release attacks. If in contact with its summoner, Sparky can share these abilities with its summoner. It's electrorecption ability allows it and those it is physically connected to, to perceive all chakra based electrical fields within a landmark the moment they come into existence. Tracking limitations still apply. When in physical contact with its summoner it can also passively enhance their Lightning jutsus by +20 by charging them.
