Chiyo blatantly ignores Sasuke's comment towards her, thinking that it was derogatory and not worth doing anything about it. With that in mind, she sees a kunai headed towards her, in which she retaliates by throwing a kunai of her own to clash with each other and cancelling each other out. Doing so, she performs a single hand seal, forming a Chidori in her right hand, and extending it so that it creates a spear to counter with your fire breath.
