Looks: He is of tall and slender stature. His face is accentuated by his relatively long light-coloured hair, worn in a combed back style, a small dark-coloured goatee, a thin moustache, no eyebrows, and very prominent lines at the sides of his mouth.
His typical attire consists of a long sleeved, high collared robe, which has the pin-striped pattern that is common amongst the shinobi of Kirigakure. This article is worn over a dark-coloured suit, with an equally dark sash wrapped around his waist and a pair of sandals.
Personality: The Second Mizukage is typically laid back, jovial and has a somewhat carefree attitude at times. He is also very charismatic and not averse to praising other people in their skill or techniques. In spite of this carefree attitude towards the particulars of his own circumstances, the Second Mizukage still expresses deep concern over the fates of the shinobi originating from his own village. At times he can be short tempered usually when in the presence of his Mu the Second Tsuchikage whom during his lifetime he had an mutual enmity with which ended in both men killing each other during battle. From this rivalry, he knew Ōnoki when the latter was a child and had constantly picked on him

The water in the clone is surrounded by a thin layer of oil that resembles a chibi version of himself once completed. Due to its structure, the clone's temperature can easily be altered to cold or hot. When it exerts itself the outer layer of oil heats up and evaporates the water inside. As the internal pressure builds, the clone expands until it explodes and the water vapour is released. Background Info.
History: The Second Mizukage (二代目水影, Nidaime Mizukage; Literally meaning "Second Water Shadow") was the leader of Kirigakure and a member of the Hōzuki clan. He was the rival of Muu, of whom they killed each other. He has a summoning of a Giant Clam. This Giant clam also uses a special genjutsu technique that creates a mirage of the clam and the summoner infront of them making it hard to their targets to properly fight them.
