Medusa is a woman with a fairly average physical build, and a large, black, dotted snake tattoo winding down either arm. Her facial features consist of eyes containing yellow irises with black pupils, and blonde hair arranged in a spiked style, with two long strands extending downwards framing either side of her face, that entwine each other like a caduceus' snake to rest upon her chest. While she wears many outfits over the course of the series, the most notable and common of these is a black body-length suit with hood, which extends downwards to her knees. The hood itself is adorned with an eye-like marking upon either side which, interestingly, when worn in addition to the shape of her hair, gives it the appearance of a snake's mouth, with teeth and fangs. It is notable that she is always barefoot, when not in disguise, with unique toenail and fingernail polish that is black featuring yellow arrows pointing upwards. On an interesting note, she is often introduced feet first throughout the series.
Personality:
Medusa is an incredibly sinister and evil individual, as well as a very powerful shinobi. In her true personality, Medusa has a view of the entire world as a place of stasis where nothing evolves or changes. She becomes angered by those who create a road block in her experiments or in the "evolution" of the world, and usually tries to eliminate these problems. Although she seems so dark, to say that Medusa has no love in her is a false statement. Deep within Medusa is her own, unique, sinister form of love that comes out extremely rarely.

Background Information
History:
Medusa was born in the Village of Kirigakure, and was raised in the village by her parents, who died in the hands of Zabuza Momochi who was ordered to due so, when Medusa was just 9 years old, since then she hold a grudge against zabuza along with the 7 swordsmen of the Mist, she then having no one to be with in Kirigakure set out to her adventure to find and kill the members of the 7 swordsmen that where still alive, as she traveled she was getting better at her elemental affinity, having become a master at Fire release and very good with Lightning release, fighting many shinobi on her way, and discovering the hidden talent she had and the good affinity for dark release at the age of 17, having even more power she decided to join a village and gather information on the swordsmen she couldn't find anywhere, meeting 2 men on her way, called A and Killer Bee, she decided to follow this men, when she saw there strength against a shinobi she did not know from the Hidden Leaf, who's speed was equal if not greater that A's. Them without knowing she was tracking them, led her to Kumogakure, the Village hidden in the Clouds, where she talked with the Raikage Mr.Mugiwara who agreed to let her become an ally of the village, she took a look into the library and found out an old bingo book wich stated that Zabuza was already dead, but she also found out the Samehada wielder Kisame was still alive, in a evil organization named Akatsuki, kisame soon became Medusa's prey. Walking around Kumo, she met some very interesting friends, Toshiro showing her around the village presented her to Xtsukune, Ebi, Necron the anbu leader, who convinced to participate in the 2 vs 2 tournement in wich he was paired up with ~Korra~ who left the village shortly after the tournement ended along with Kerrah and Scaze, few weeks after investingating more stuff around kumo, she greeted a new ally named Baldy who shines around the village with his shiny orb-like head, whom owes her a good spar. She now enjoys life in Kumo and wonders around every once in a while looking for Kisame Hoshigaki.

During Medusa's travels she has learnt a lot about the Fire element. Being extremly good in the usage of Fire Release. Passing the years she has trained and has learnt how to perform all of the fire jutsu's with the need of atleast one hand seal.
Lightning Release:During Medusa's travels she also found goof affinity for the Lightning element. Being extremly good in the usage of Ligthning Release. Passing the years she has trained and has learnt how to perform all of the raiton jutsu's with greater speed in the handseals than a regular lightning user.

~Approved~ maybe you should read the things you copy paste a bit better as since when is it a requirement that you place your hands on the ground for fire jutsu's and what's the point of saying that you're faster in fire jutsu's than the average raiton user?
