To even think Kakuzu would find out Raiton is the bombs weakness is a joke. He is not as near as smart as Sasuke.

Are you kidding me right now? Kakuzu might even be better at analyzing than Sasuke......he's got an insane amount of experience which helps. The only thing Sasuke's got over Kakuzu in terms of ability to breakdown the opponent is his sharingan with which he can see through the hand seals. Other than that id take Kakuzu > Sasuke in terms of ability to analyze.

You realize this was the guy who saw through some of Shikamaru's complex tactics mid battle on the run.

If this was anyone else I would agree with you 100% im also one of those who get annoyed with people saying its easy to see through Deidara's weakness. There are only a select few who can do it and Kakuzu is one of them.

C2 isn't being Gian'd in time, Gian has decent prep time, and it has to react to the C2 coming as well before prepping. Nendo Bunshin can take mines and insert them underground, where Kakuzu has no viable option to counter since he can't see them with genjutsu. I didn't know Kakuzu lacks the need for oxygen but I can't refute it so I will leave it at that.
