Looks: Ulquiorra is a slender, yet fairly muscular, male of average height with a melancholic appearance, fairly short, messy black hair, pale white skin, a black upper lip, and green eyes with small slit-shaped pupils similar to a cat's. Part of his bangs falls between his eyes, and he has distinctively thick eyebrows. He has teal lines that descend from his eyes, making it appear as if he is crying. His facial expression rarely changes, and he is almost always frowning. He wears a white jacket, black sash, and a white hakama. However, his jacket seems to have longer coattails than normal, and the collar is rather high. He does not mind taking off his white jacket or exposing part of his chest and stomach.
He has two tattoos; One is a black circular tatoo located on his sternum, the other being a tattoo of a 4 on the left side of his chest. He wears a broken horned helmet made of bones on top of his head. Weirdo...U_U
Personality: Ulquiorra is a very cold, callous, dispassionate figure, and is rather aloof, brooding, and indifferent, willing to harm both his comrades and enemies should they ever get in his way. He refers to anyone he does not find interesting as "trash" and treats them as expendable. He is not particularly violent and thinks of fights as "tiring, boring, and stupid" actions. He will only fight when provoked or ordered to.
Ulquiorra demonstrates a strange habit when killing victims he is particularly interested in, stabbing them with his bare hand in a place a bit lower of the throat and a little bit above the top of their chests. He claims that he does not believe in Human emotions, which he refers to as the "heart," reasoning that if his eye cannot see them, then they do not exist. These words, and much of Ulquiorra's overall behavior, reflect the concepts of materialism.
His cold demeanor allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised or caught off-guard. However, he does not seem to comprehend the Human trait of fighting against all odds or the very concept of the Human heart.
Ulquiorra is also highly perceptive, cunning, and analytical. A trait of the Nara clan, Ulquiorra's intelligence is also exceedingly high. It rivals that of Shikaku Nara and Shikamaru Nara, possibly exceeding theirs.
Ulquiorra seems to be demanding as well, This also implies that, while he prefers not to dirty his hands, Ulquiorra is fully capable of committing truly abhorrent and inhumane actions without feeling any shred of remorse or hesitation.

History:
The Tale of Ulquiorra Cifer
Ulquiorra was born roughly a few years before the Kyuubi attacked and rampaged upon Konoha. His parents died in their efforts to subdue the Tailed Beast and Ulquiorra was left an orphan. He grew up together with the Nara Family. Although he was well cared for and led a good life, he always felt out of place. He thus became a quiet and cold-hearted person. He was envious of others having parents, and whenever he thought about that fact, ran away from the Nara Family for a few days. He spent most of his time in the forest, away from the family and tended to the deer. He went to the academy as per normal, and never really showed his great intelligence and talent.
He led a normal life, rather lonely, for around 20 years. When he turned 21, Ulquiorra went on a S-rank mission along with a highly-regarded Jounin.
The Saga continues
Ulquiorra has been travelling in exile for over several years now. Now, as he stands atop a random hill, Ulquiorra's journey across the lands continue...
