OT: Good picks but I'd include:

Kakashi and Team Asuma vs. Hidan and Kakuzu

I used to think Lee vs. Gaara but re-watching it more recently, it's rather mediocre. The whole "let's put a backstory in the middle of a fight" was quite a meagre way of structuring it and the flashbacks themselves were jejune indeed.
