Once Kidōmaru has his physical refuting defense up (Nenkin no Yoroi) he would indubitably take to a long-ranged distance as he is a Hunter after all. This would limit Kimimaro's short-range Taijutsu-based techniques limiting Kimimaro to the following: Teshi Sendan. Teshi Sendan which is a mid-ranged projectile still not guaranteed to hit Kidōmaru due to:
A: Kidōmaru would be long-ranged cancelling out all Short-Mid Ranged based techniques leaving Kimimaro to be helplessly lead on; hopeless.
B: Due to Kidōmaru's Nenkin no Yoroi, Teshi Senda would have no effect as the physical technique would simply be deflected, or tanked by the instant regenerating armour.
In order to further limit Kimimaro's movement, Kidōmaru would go about the same tactics as he did against Neji Hyuuga;

Kimimaro's momentum doesn't compare to that of Kaiten speed, the disadvantage of Kimimaro's ability is that he would constantly try, and cut the chakra-infused web this would be his downfall as the webs would constantly
