⌘ INTRODUCTION

This year's tournament is finally here, bought to you via the Ninja World. A unique tournament, it is to be held in character in the Ninja World, is hosted by Lord of Kaos and, more specifically, by a mysterious figure named Oisha and his team. This tourney features several prizes themed after Oisha, Red Fever and several other concepts to be revealed after the tournament's end as they connect to the next arc. The universal rules for every round are below. That said, here's to the start of the tourney! ​

⌘ UNIVERSAL RULES

• You can only use the bio you posted in your application or an update that dates from before the start of the tournament.​

• By default, the basic battle rules will be applied.​

• Each round will last at max of 5 days with a 12 hour reply limit. Opponents start 5 meters apart in the Rose Corridor, pictured above.​

• During the first round, members can only use S rank and lower non Chakra taxing Canon Taijutsu and Kenjutsu fields. These are Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Samurai Techniques, and NB Taijutsu. The armor given to the competitors restrict access to abilities not listed each round, allowing more to be utilized as rounds progress. Only weapons given may be used as well. ​

• All competitors are restricted to Jounin Ranked Speed. Health is reduced to Chunin levels and Chakra taxing techniques have been removed from use. Specialties, Passive Boosts ( Health, Chakra, Speed, Damage, etc ) are all disabled and competitors are left at the same levels completely. Previously used techniques, Summonings, Creations and similar and passives are disabled as well. These reductions decrease every round, noted before the round commences.​

• All threads are to be posted in the Ninja World Events Section. ​

⌘ Prize Pool

The first place winner will have one pick from each Prize Pool. The second place winner will be awarded one pick from the Second prize pool and 1 from Third Pool. Third place to 5th place will also get 1 prize from the Second or Third Prize Pool as well. Note that similar prizes cannot be obtained twice. Prizes will be posted shortly.​

The member on the top of each bracket will make the battle thread for their respective round. The thread titles will be as be made using the appropriate prefix and the thread titles of [NW Tourney] - X vs Y. Y where X represents the name at the top of the bracket. For example, Serpent vs Joestar. Serpent is listed first should the thread would be made with the title of [NW Tourney] - Serpent vs Joestar. Don't forget that judging, complaints, discussions, etc are to be held in the specific thread made for that purpose through the assorted template and not through the fight threads. You can, of course, work the issues with your opponent outside the battle threads. ​

Thread maker will post the thread, rules and their bio followed by a post from their opponent. Threads can start being made April 14th at 10:00AM GMT -5 and will end 5 days later, on April 19th. ​

⌘ UNIVERSAL RULES

• You can only use the bio you posted in your application or an update that dates from before the start of the tournament.​

• By default, the basic battle rules will be applied.​

• Each round will last at max of 5 days with a 12 hour reply limit. Opponents start 5 meters apart in the Rose Corridor, pictured above.​

• During the second round, members can only use Ninjutsu ( Basic and Elemental ) as well as either Genjutsu or Taijutsu but not both. In addition to this, one Tier 3 and below Universal Ability can used. All of these abilities can be used up to A rank. One Primary, Secondary OR Apex Specialty from the competitor's bio related to the fields they chose can be chosen for the round. They are given a Sword, 2 Kunai or Shuriken, and 2 Explosive or Flash Tags. The armor given to the competitors restrict access to abilities not listed each round, allowing more to be utilized as rounds progress as well as provides protection from the effects of the virus when worn and they cannot develop worse cases than they had.​

• All competitors are restricted to Jounin Ranked Speed. Health is reduced to Chunin levels and Chakra has been reduced to 400 as Passive Boosts ( Health/Chakra Boosting, Speed/Damage related ) are all disabled and competitors are left at the same levels completely. Previously used techniques, Summonings, Creations and similar passives are disabled as well. These reductions decrease every round, noted before the round commences.​

• All threads are to be posted in the Ninja World Events Section. ​

• All of the competitors previously eliminated are free to leave the Grounds or are capable of staying around to watch the remaining fights, able to post in the Dark Tower thread and comment on fights/interact with others in the landmark. None entrees are barred from the Tower now. ​

The first place winner will have one pick from each Prize Pool. The second place winner will be awarded one pick from the Second prize pool and 1 from Third Pool. Third place to 5th place will also get 1 prize from the Second or Third Prize Pool as well. Note that similar prizes cannot be obtained twice. Prizes will be posted as the tournament commences.​

• During the third round, members can make use of all canon and custom Jutsu for any Ninjutsu fields they have access too, KG/AE/HA and CC abilities included. This also applies to any Taijutsu and Genjutsu fields they have as well. They are given a Sword, 2 Kunai or Shuriken, and 2 Explosive or Flash Tags. ​

• All competitors are restricted to Jounin Ranked Speed. Health is reduced to Jounin levels and Chakra has been reduced to 1000. Previously used techniques, Summonings, Creations and similar passives are disabled as well. ​

• All threads are to be posted in the Ninja World Events Section. ​

• All of the competitors previously eliminated are free to leave the Grounds or are capable of staying around to watch the remaining fights, able to post in the Dark Tower thread and comment on fights/interact with others in the landmark. None entrees are barred from the Tower now. ​
