I like this piece alot Exon! I like that you didn't apply the rule of thirds, but still made the tag look awesome.
Though the render is a bit against the rule of thirds concept...
Anyways, the text needs some work. I suggest you go font hunting to help improve your texting skills. Use fonts that match the main theme of the art piece you're preparing.
E.G fantasy tags should have fonts that add a bit of a mystical feel to it, like Maratre or something along that line.
You should also download a gradient pack to help you with the diversity of colors.
Bevelling and embossing, are in my opinion, not suited for these types of tags. You'd rarely find tags where that text style suits it..
I dunno if you wanna try tiny text brushes to help with the exaltation of the tag (its opinionated of course).
Now for the depth, I feel this tag lacks some depth. You could try darkening the edges to add a bit of depth to the piece.
You can also just blur the tag and erase the focal points, though I'm almost 100% positive you know about this technique, almost ever gfx'er does.
Now for the lighting, I don't really see much problems with this to be honest. But if you wanna make the lighting "pop", you can try filling a new layer with black, setting it on Linear Dodge and then using a 300px soft brush with the color set to match the lighting. Play around with the opacity to your liking.
All in all, this is a pretty nice piece

Keep it up!
