Now the manga has be laid out in a decided path for us, that path says that Naruto and Sasuke are equals in power, or how dangerous they are in battle. (Naruto has more raw power, Sasuke has more precise power.) However, people have started to comment that Sasuke really cannot be a strong as Naruto because of the following "drawbacks" to his new ability. Cooldown Limited Range Needs eye contact Now we don't know much about either of these "limitations", we don't know how long the cooldown is, we don't know the maximum range or how the "eye contact" works properly. Judging his powers based of half information is doomed to come out wrong, which is what people are doing. (We've always known little about many of Sasuke's power until far later, his Curse Mark is a good example.) Now, people say that this ability he has is not strong or OP because of the limitations. Those that say that either lack imagination or logic. Sasuke said that his power is the ability to swap places in an instant with something, that means teleportation. However, he stated that he needed eye contact or at least see the thing he wanted to swap with. (He also demonstrate the ability to teleport between dimensions.) Now, in logic he is able to swap places with anything he wishes and he has demonstrated that he can swap places with other things besides himself. (Like swapping the location of either Madara or Naruto as well as Kaguya.) This means that if Sasuke notices it, he can keep someone inside his range no matter if they try to escape. Beyond that he is able to instantly kill anyone who isn't immortal, physically. His limitation to eye contact may just be that he needs to be mentally able to visualize what he wants to swap with. (Meaning he doesn't really need to see it, only know its shape and mass.) If that is the case then he should be able to swap places with someone else's organs. (Like swapping someone's organs with rocks.) Beyond that, he should be hit his blade in the air infront him and teleport his target into its range so it is more or less impossible to dodge unless you teleport. (It would be like with Ay and Minato, only that the attack was the one who teleported.) Seeing how he has also demonstrated the ability to teleport between dimensions (with Obito and Sakura as he never went through Obito's portal.), then he should also be able to attack users like Obito or Limbo Madara if he can visualize their dimensions. (I also think this is what Kaguya is doing.) All in all, his limitations doesn't really matter, his ability can be instant win against anyone who isn't immortal. The reason he is not using his ability like this is probably because of plot, remove that and he would logically be the most OP character in Naruto.

No, I realized that when I was 4 and read a fairy tale. But stating that his ability is not OP within the plot because of its "limitations" and not the plot is still faulty.

Eye contact? Sasuke dodged madaras ligtning while looking at him so Not exactly but the range limit makes the argument pretty null. Good theory about his powers tho. Imo the full capability of his.power.might be awakened with another rinnegan.

By having to make assumptions about how his power is OP you prove the naruto is greater than sasuke. If his power were that great in the present you wouldnt have to say a thing.
