It lacks flow and a vocal point, the burn/dodge tool do wonders.
Also I wouldn't resize it so small, I know that you wanted to show off
everything, but at the same time you make it so much harder for yourself.

What happened to the legs?

The entire image looks weird, like it was oversharpened and later blurred out.

A head with no mouth and no nose, that doesn't look like a proper face

A white BG??? Never ever use stocks with white BGs if you aren't
going to render it or at least make some edits to it.
