So, first off, may I know why you want to learn Wind?

I would like to learn wind because to me it means pureness. The yin side.

 

[Adachi]

Hm...an interesting, yet honest response! I like it!
So, deriving off of such feelings, how do you think Wind chakra would flow? How about the element itself in general?

 

[Mirajane]

~ Wind element also know in the japanese term as (fuuton) is an elemental type chakra that allowes the user to shape his/her chakra as sharp and thin as possible like two thin blades cutting through each other and is considered the rarest of all the five elements.

~ wind element is a type of element that is more suited for battle and it's techniques are offensive type as they suited for short to mid range in combat and combines brute force and precision together for more cutting power and dealing more damage.

~ The wind element is strong against the lightning element and have a weak affinity against the fire element

~ 1. Wind release : wind spiraling shuriken
2. wind release : wind cutter
3. wind release : vacuum wave

~ a wind expert is Sarutobi Asuma.

o_o Well, that's quite the summary...
Alright, well, I have one more question for you then.
Say that your opponent released a C-Rank Fire jutsu at you and you used a C-Rank Wind back at it. What would happen to the jutsu and the rank of it as well?

The wind would overpower the fire and continue as D rank wind

Btw, I have one question. How could a shinobi use the fact that his opponent made a low ranked fire technique (around c rank) I heard it makes the wind stronger or something like that

Um, your question is kind of confusing.
A fire jutsu would always overpower a wind one, making it a direct counter to wind itself. So as for my previous question, the fire would overpower the wind and become B-Rank, continuing towards the opponent.
Do you get it now?

Ya, I get it. However I think I heard/saw a sensei saying that a D-ranked wind technique would make a fire technique stronger.
