Arriving to the battlefield coordinates that his challenger picked out Ieyasu casually strolled while stretching his arms as he approached his opponent ready for battle. He began to watch this weirdly dressed kid who seemed to be anxious for his arrival. When he noticed Ieyasu's presence he blurted out some nonsense about eating while obnoxiously picking his ears. Ieyasu glared at Luffy, who was smiling while rubbing his hands, trying to estimate the power level of his challenger. With the completion of 1 hand sign Ieyasu suddenly became more focused as he dropped to the ground while clapping his hands before slamming them on the ground creating a large pool of water underneath his opponents. The ground Luffy intended to stop on turned to water as the splash of his foot in the 6m diameter pool, with you as its mid.point, followed by the gushing upwards of its center lifting you and your clone into the air. The pool begins to unleash numerous water bullets at Luffy and Zoro hitting them in various places sending their bodies in an uncontrollable spin as they are lifted higher into the air, into mid.range, while Ieyasu manipulates the bullets of water that made it past them. Zoro would be unable to take the beating and would disperse leaving Luffy alone in the sky as a water dragon grabs him in its moist jaws before forcefully crashing him into the ground 4m to Ieyasu's right.

Is the first toad named in the series. Gamachu is a mid-level toad that first appears when Jiraiya is introduced. Gamachu is always seen wearing samurai armor in battle. When he first appeared in the manga, Gamachu seems to strike the same type of pose as Jiraiya, as he would also seem to have become the personal summon of Jiraiya. This toad seems to be the keeper of the Toad Summoning contract scroll and unlike every other toad ever seen, Gamachu has not yet been seen talking, only quaking once or twice and mainly in the anime. In terms of appearance, the kanji on the necklace around his neck means "friendship," perhaps alluding to the fact that Jiraiya summons him in more relaxed situations. Only slightly smaller than a human, Gamachu is a very capable warrior specializing in Kenjutsu and Samurai techniques. He can use both skills up to S-Rank as well as Strong Fist taijutsu (non EIG). Like most toads, he can use Oil techniques.

Without having much time to counter the water under them from doing damage, both luffy and zoro were catapult into the air. As this happen, zoro tilted his head downwards before any of the bullets of water can reach and damage him, zoro spat out a large earth slab. Both men were directly underneath this earth slab as it made it way downwards, this block all the water bullets (that were going to to rise) from hitting them. It was like both men were in a safe zone. As the earth slab hit the ground, it cracks the ground up and causes the water to seep through the cracks, making the technique stop. No more water could be gathered to form the bullets.

He hadn't had a decent fights in weeks and a sudden surge of excitement rushed through his body as he realized that this ninja wasn't as noobish as he thought. Hmph, seems I gotta step it up. As one of the Luffy's performed 2 hand seals Ieyasu could sense A ranked earth chakra forming in a large diameter around him, making him change from using the summoning jutsu, and instead he channeled his lightning chakra into his right hand before slamming it onto the ground underneath him and releasing it. The electric current negates the earth chakra underneath him stopping the earth from forming within short range of the Akimichi. He then swiftly throws a flash bomb forwards as he averts his eyes from the flash that goes off so quick that as soon as the Luffy's realize what it is it would already be too late. In a graceful and fluid-like method Ieyasu then takes out 3 explosive tagged kunai as he raises upwards throwing one forwards towards his opponents and the remaining two upwards at an angle high enough that they wouldn't notice the two explosive without looking upwards. The two explosive kunai were also thrown in a way that they will descend into short range of the Luffies before exploding and releasing shrapnel in various directions of your current location.

Luffy already know what to do, and so he crouch down and brought both a hands together like a cup (intertwining). Zoro jump in his hand, with his right foot only and luffy quickly threw him in the direction of the enemy. As zoro was flying through the air at you trying to reach you a bomb was thrown without zoro actually realizing it. He couldn’t move mid-air at such a close range away. At this time luffy was channelling his raition chakra in his body with his eyes close facing the ground, preparing for his next attack when suddenly he heard the explosion. Zoro was not fully blind from the flash bomb because due to his smart thinking and natural instincts of seeing a bomb being thrown at him, he brought both arms in front of him like an ‘X’ to shield himself from any shrapnel just after he threw a wind infuse kunai at you. To his surprise it wasn’t a regular bomb, it was a flash bomb. He was caught off guard as some of the light from the flash bomb made his eyes blurry. Luffy on the other hand thought it was something much more dangerous and immediately string up 3 hand seals, 3 fast hand seals due to his lighting specialty. As the last hand seal was made, 8 lighting ropes burst from the ground under you, while you were getting up from your crouch down position. 2 of them went higher than your actual height, twice the size of you in case you were going to try and evade them by jumping. While one grip on to your right leg around your ankle. Another grip on to your left leg, above the knee cap, one from behind grip you around your neck and another from behind grip you around your waist. The other 2 was already above your current location, curving down back towards your body. If you had managed to jump and evade the previous four, the airborne two would grip on to your body and various parts and limbs and finally the final two were place to your left and right hand side. Basically lightning ropes above you, behind you, and to your left and right hand side. Around this time, zoro would be reaching the borders of short range while luffy watches keenly with both hand together in a praying motion, ready to make another hand seal but still controlling the lightning ropes.

If the user doesn't want to use this method, the user can use these lighting "ropes" as "spikes" instead. Making several spikes burst out of the ground under/around the enemy. Possibly killing him if not avoided in time. If the ropes/spikes of electricity makes contact with the enemy, the enemy's body will be paralyze for one full turn.

------------------------------------------- The tactics his opponent choose to take were strange in Ieyasu's opinion. He had never seen a fighter so sporadic when it came to battle. It was almost as if he was performing all of his moves without thinking them through. These thoughts coursed through Ieyasu's mind as the dynamic duo decided that launching one of themselves towards him would be a good idea. With an opponent flying towards himself, Ieyasu figured that it wouldn't be a good idea to avert his eyes like he previously planned because that could leave him open for attacks he might miss while they are closed, so he revised his course of action. As Zoro was thrown towards Ieyasu, who had just thrown his flash bomb, he channeled wind chakra into a kunai before throwing it towards Ieyasu while still managing to block his eyes from the full flash of the flash bomb. Ieyasu saw this and smiled as he averted his eyes from the incoming situation. Perfect. he mumbled to himself. With chakra now within the kunai Ieyasu could pinpoint its exact location without even looking at it which helped him execute his plan as the flash bomb went off. In a fluid like motion he grabbed his precious swords, strapped in an X fashion to the bottom of his back, as he got up while channeling chakra into them while swinging his right sword vertically upwards knocking away the wind kunai and swinging the left sword towards his right with the tip pointing in that direction. As this happens two white lightning bolts, not really lightning so it doesn't carry its sound or numbing properties, shoot from the tip of the Crimson Demons one from each rapidly travelling in the direction of where the swords were pointing after they were swung. This means that a white lightning bolt was shot towards Ieyasu's right and the other upwards with a slanted linear direction. At the same time of their release Ieyasu created two small, round flat plates of chakra. One at a downwards slant above and behind the forward moving Zoro in the path of the slanted upwards travelling white lightning bolt , and the other slightly slanted towards Luffy resting in front of the lightning bolt moving towards the right. The white lightning bolts hit the plates one after another both moving in a new direction, the right one hits first because Ieyasu positioned the plate closer, but moving with their positions unknown to the opponents due to one being slightly blinded and the other who choose to avert his eyes as he prepared his move. The white lightning bolts being released as the flash bomb goes off means that Ieyasu's opponents would be blinded if they somehow managed to see them. The rightward white lightning bolt is aimed towards Luffy's torso and it will pierce the middle of his lungs killing him if not countered. The vertical white lightning bolt hits off of the plate above and behind Zoro and is redirected towards the middle of his back where it will pierce him dispersing him if not countered correctly. The technique was started before your lightning chain one meaning if you do continue performing it then you will be pierced and killed ending the technique.

Ieyasu, a shinobi who is familiar with the Sage of 5 Moves, re sheathed his swords before rapidly performing 5 hand seals thanks to his earth specialty as he channeled his earth chakra into the ground besides him. At the end of his rapid hand seals Ieyasu manipulated the ground beside him creating a dragon made of Earth that he sends in the direction towards Luffy as he keeps his concentration on it so he can change its course to match the shinobi if he somehow manages to dodge.
