Description: The Gold Staff of Enel is told to be forged in the skies where the heavens are located. The staff is told to be the property of an almighty and powerful god of lightning, Enel. Although these were all myths, the two staff proved to be a relic, a symbol of the God's power. The story about the dual staff is a legend, nothing but a myth but it is a fascinating one. The staffs, according to tales, originated from a mysterious city above the clouds, often known as the heavens. The god who ruled during that time went by the name of Enel, a superior lightning shinobi that was described as a god from his powers and skills of the lightning element. Enel acquired the throne to the kingdom by defeating the previous leader at that time, and proclaimed himself as god. The past workers and peacekeepers that once worked for the previous god was forced to physical labor, giving up their lives to the god. The soldiers worked to build an ultimate weapon, a weapon so strong that it had the power to obliterate a whole country on its own. Needless to say, the Enel we speak of is described as a power hungry tyrant, and despite the title he gave himself, he was no where near the ethics of a god. The plan would have succeeded, and if it did, the shinobi world would, more or less be under hos control. No soldiers or villagers had the guts nor the strength to oppose him, and every spark of rebellion was to be taken care of by lightning, in other words, death. Before his plan was set in motion, he was defeated by an unknown shinobi. Legend has it that the man was defeated by a wanderer, and the god descended from his golden thrown in the city of gods to the floors of the deepest seas. Although his body was told to be irretrievable due to the amount of pressure under the sea, the only remembrance the "God" left behind is the two brightly-yellow staffs. The staffs are made entirely of gold. Although they look like plain and simple staffs, the abilities of the staffs are what intrigues modern-day historians who seek power in the world of the Shinobi. Although they were just myths, the two staffs left behind in the land of the ninja world would be a powerful tool, if given to the right shinobi. The only reason people believe and repeatedly hear the myth is because every once a while, the villagers under the Moon country would hear the ringing of bells from the sky. A truly majestic sound that soothed every man, woman, and children yet remain unknown up to this day. The only visible relic is the two staffs, currently wielded by Ace and those who he think is worthy. The story, however, has yet to be proven. This, however, is simply a tale that is most often told to children and is not real whatsoever. Though the relic (weapons) found near the location of the area is the sole reason many argue that such a city exists.

The weapon is a dual staff, including two staffs made of pure gold. It is about three meters tall and two inches in diameter. Despite the composition of the staff's, it is unexpectedly light. This is because of its fairly hollow insides, allowing the user to be able to channel chakra throughout the staff, enabling themselves to perform or activate certain abilities that correspond with the staff's. Because of its light weight, it can be hung behind the back and is easily accessible during battle. The staff itself, even when on your back, will make no difference towards the physical performance of the wielder. The user of the dual staffs will run, punch, kick, walk, move, etc as easy as they would without the staff's on their back. This, of course would have an effect on difficult and complex moves, like backflips, front flips, etc where the body needs to move in a manner that would cause the staff's to hit a solid object, like the floor. This does not mean that it is impossible, but more difficult to perform complex moves such as the ones described above. The physical attributes (height in general) of the user would also come into play whether or not a body movement, like flips, would be slowed down by the dual staffs.

Abilities:
  • Transformation; Both the staffs are capable of transforming the physical appearance of the weapons. The transformation can only be applied onto the top part of the staffs, and only about 1 meter of the top of the staff can be modified. The user can change the shape of the top part of the staff by channeling lightning chakra into the gold, and turning it into lightning. They will re-shapen the lightning with the use of shape manipulation and shape it to the shape they desire the weapon to be. With further chakra manipulation, the user will solidify the lightning and turn it back to normal gold, with a different physical property. This can only be done to the specific weapons because of its mysterious composition of the two staffs. Each staff can be transformed twice, equalling four times and each time will cost 15 Chakra points and a jutsu slot. There is also a one turn wait to each time a staff can transform. Furthermore, the transformation is limited to the original size. You cannot transform it into a weapon that is longer then the original. Things that would work would be transforming it into a sharp-edged sword, able to perform kenjutsu techniques or a trident, and of course, up to the users imagination. It, however, cannot be used to create larger weapons, only weapons that would still fit in the staffs.Also, once the new tip of the staff impales an opponent/target, it can be heated and burn organs from the inside. This counts as a separate turn and does not count as a limit to the heating. Heating from the inside can only be done once.
  • Heating: Another ability that comes with the staffs. The user can channel lightning chakra into the insides of the staff and have it shape around the walls of the staff. (Keep in mind that the staff is fairly hollow inside.) By doing so, the user can heat up the gold of the staff, so hot that it could melt through B-rank steel release techniques without melting the staffs. The purpose of this is to attack when it is extremely hot and potentially cause severe burns to a target. This can only be done once per staff, equaling two times together. The actual heating of the staffs do not take that long, a second or two would suffice for the time it takes to reach such a warm temperature. Furthermore, the damage it deals is equivalent to an A-rank fire technique. This counts as a jutsu and costs 15 chakra
  • Lightning Strike: The user will channel lightning chakra into both of the staves and join them together, having them connect at the top part of the staves. They will release the lightning a few inches away from the two staves, floating in mid-air. It creates a ball of lightning, much like the shape of a Rasengan and can be released with great force, electrocuting any target. This lightning strike counts as a move and is equivalent to an S-rank lightning technique (40 chakra, 80 damage). It has a limit of three uses. Once per battle the user can sacrifice the abilities of the staffs by focusing an immense amount of lightning and unleashing a forbidden rank attack (50 chakra, 90 damage). However, he will be unable to use the staffs abiliites for the rest of the match and will face electrical damage to his hands, rendering his muscles numb for 1 turn.


Restrictions:
Note 1: Despite it being two staffs, you can only perform the abilities of the staffs one staff at a time, excluding the transformation ones (Meaning you can't create two whips at the same time, or heat up the staffs at the same time. You can, however, do it one turn at a time, in accordance to time frame.) Each ability used counts as a move.
Note 2: Can only be wielded by Ace. and those he allow.
Note 3: In NW, this can only be used by one person at a time.
Note 4: Heating and transformation is obviously short-range.
Note 5: The weapon can transform back to its original form an unlimited amount of time.
Note 6: It is indestructible.

My bio is also a bit outdated. The updated version is pending check by Cali if you wish to check it out. Still, only thing new that isn't stated in this one is EIG but I can only open up to the first one so it doesn't change much.

Have fun! Despite being my right to do the first move, I'm not that good at making first moves. So its yours.

Btw, don't forget. All your Water techniques have -10, my earth has -10 but my water has +15 and doesn't need a water source.



Galen approaches the battle field completely uninterested in whats to pass. He had foresaw the outcome. It would be the same as it has always been. He is wearing his normal attire though lacking the usual heavy cloak he normal wears. His tight ninja outfit is formfitting, showing a fit, late 20ies body. His blueish dark hair contrasts with his crimson eyes, devoid of feeling. On his left hip, the water goddess, strapped to his utility belt in a makeshift scabbard. His clans ability already making him aware of what was there. Of what he was. Of who he was. Toshiro. A Nekura. A filthy, tainted Nekura. He didn't like Nekuras. They were unpure and tainted. As he spoke, his tone was completely artificial and forced, in a single, low, emotionless tone. He wasn't a good actor. Never was. And the vicissitudes of mortal men have eluded his comprehension for long.

Ohai. Its a pleasure to meet you. I hope we can settle this peacefully. The sword is mine. I'll be taking it home. And its that. Ok? Thank you for your time.

Toshiro arrived at the location where he was told the man was supposed to be at. And there he was, standing flat on the ground surrounded by trees. Though Toshiro lacked in physiques, he was quite the fighter. Strapped from his back was two golden staves, in which he carried on his back above his Nekura Cloak and to his side, a simple katana. His hair spiked up as usual, and his eyes gleamed with excitement and greediness. Toshiro stared at the legendary weapon he wishes to obtain after the battle, examining it as it was his first time seeing it up close. And now, the man talked. It was fairly obvious that he forced the words out, no meaning behind the words he uttered. This man... he's acting strange, Toshiro thought, as he heard the child-like words emitted from a body of a warrior. Seconds after, Toshiro laughed and replied, "Hah... hahaha! Peace? I don't believe in peace, one thing i do believe is that the weapon you possess right now, it's incredibly strong... I will take it from you, even if i have to do it by force!"

Determined, Toshiro begins by launching the first attack. He releases a surge of wind from his mouth, extending in width as it travels further from Toshiro. The wind, before making contact with Galen, would be fairly large and the power of it would be powerful, capable of moving the largest of objects. However, instead of a surge of wind intended to fatally wound the target, this one was meant to slightly injure Galen and push him back, making him lose his balance. Immediately after releasing the surge of wind, Toshiro would grab four shurikens from his ninja pouch, in which he'd channel wind chakra on. He proceeds to throw these wind-infused projectiles in arcs, two to the left and two to the right, aimed to act as a saw and cut down the trees towards Galen's side. He throws it at an angle that, once sliced, the trees would fall inwards towards Galen. And so it has begun...

As his enemy releases a blast of wind, Galen doesn't change his facial expression; boring... he thought. Quickly taking the Water Goddess from its holding place, by grabbing it with his right hand, as he unleashed it from its makeshift scabbard in a swift and decisive movement across him, from left to right, in a slight upwards movement, a large blade like stream of water is unleashed with both speed and power. The massive, sharp and dangerous cutting technique is incredibly fast, cutting through the incoming wind blast with ease and continuing towards his enemy; By force? I assume you're then ready to take it by force... because this is not the time to be playing little games... either try to kill or be killed... thats how a battle works... he said in an emotionless voice, same as before, but with the content of his speech completely clashing with the previous one.

After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

Galen starts to then walk forwards, in a normal pace, as if strolling on the streets of Konohagakure; Time to teach you the lesson of a lifetime... he said, once again in an emotionless tone, disturbing and unsettling...

Noticing his opponent whip out the weapon, Toshiro stopped infusing chakra on the bladed projectiles, and instead, observed the thin stream of pressurized water coming his way. Although it was only water, the speed in which it traveled was astonishing. In response, Toshiro creates a large golem to rise up from the earth he stood on. It would, as it rises, cross its arms like an "X", and simply tanked the stream of water coming his way. As the water subsided, Toshiro spoke as he stood firm on top of the large golem, "Ah, that's Good, i suppose. I'm not here for games either; I guess that's one thing we can both agree on." He easily noticed the change of tone from his enemy. The child-like words were now deadly, Galen was fighting to win. "Kill or be killed, that's the way of the Shinobi..."

However, unlike the smaller version, the user creates this stone golem from the ground solely. The user will slam his hand on the ground, manipulating it and shaping it into a large warrior of stone which he can control as long as he keeps his hand in contact with it or with the ground and keeps fueling the technique with chakra. The golem can reach heights of 30 meters and is quite massive but seems to also be capable of moving quite fast as well.



Toshiro paused, allowing the man to advance just by a few steps. When Galen walked, about two meters from his original position, a pillar of water would rise surprisingly rise up, pushing the enemy up meters from the ground. However, Toshiro would immediately begin to channel chakra into the golem of earth he created beforehand, giving him the ability to control it rather than having it stand stationary. The golem would proceed to launch his right fist towards Galen (the one behind the other arm as it was tanking the stream of water). The sheer force of the earth statue would be enough to push Galen back, a few meters from his original position, and suffer potentially fatal damage, if left unattended.

As the large Golem takes the amazing blast of water, Galen seems to not react. However, as his enemy stands on top of his creation, it suddenly moves against his will, slamming his hands on its head with tremendous power, crushing the enemy. If it doesn't crush the enemy, its own head will be crushed in result, becoming a headless doll. Off course this happens before his enemy can do more than defend from his initial technique; The force is absolute... my persuasion is existence itself... he murmured in an inaudible whisper, still retaining his otherwise emotionless face.

Description:
The dichotomy of the force manifested in its truest form in those who dwell only in one of its shades. For those who dwell on the light side, the force can be used to protect themselves from harm. For those who dwell on the dark side, the force can be used to influence the world into attacking their enemies. As such two opposite abilities are possible:
Force Protect/Mamoru: A simple application of the ubiquitous power of the force and the defensive, passive nature of the Jedi, the user will focus on the force and allow it to protect him, for a short time duration, from a given harmful factor. The user can choose to be protected from an element, a skill, a technique, a poison, etc. As long as the user knows it exists, he can will the force to protect him from it. Off course, conscious input is still needed as well as chakra output to sustain it. The protection is simply the inability of said harmful factor to affect the user for the duration of the technique.
Force Persuasion/Settoku: The application of the sheer brute will power that Siths wield is shown through Settoku. Its the use of the force and one's will power to take control of enemy "entities" in the field, sever their connection to their user and turn them against their user. It can target Clones, Summoning Animals, Elemental Familiars, Edo Tensei Summons, etc. This control is limited as the user cannot force the clones or summons to simply dispel themselves or simply negate the technique and if his control is broken, the technique, if feasible, will be once again under its original user's control. He also needs to keep focus and conscious control over the technique to sustain its influence. The technique can also be applied to sentient-like techniques such as a Wood Dragon or Earth Dragon (basically elemental familiar techniques where the element is shaped into an animal of sorts, an entity which, even if control from the user is needed, will still be controlable by the user of Settoku) or even Edo Tensei summons. A rather specific and more advanced use is that the user can also target a Genjutsu and turn it against the opponent who used it. By using his will, the user can control and illusion and reverse it back into the opponent while releasing himself from it. The technique is limited into the aspect that the user cannot control other ninjas or non sentient beings or techniques such as Aburame Bugs or simple elemental techniques which aren't familiars or similar.
Note: Each application can only be used twice and the user can only use one application per battle.
Note: To use Mamoru, the user cannot have used any Dark Side abilities until that point in battle. To use Settoku, the user cannot have used any Light Side abilities until that point in battle.
Note: Lasts only a max of 2 turns (both Settoku's Controling and Mamoru's Protective effects).

As Galen keeps his focus, in case his enemy somehow escaped without destroying the golem, he keeps his control, making the golem move and try to obliterate its own creator in a physical manner. You are too young to know what being a Shinobi is. You know why my face shows no emotions? Because killing you, or dieing myself, its all 800 years too late to cause any impression on me... I've seen too much to gasp at death... I am Grand Master Galen Marek and you are already under my feet... he said in a gloomy loud voice, making it clear that he was in one of his "darker" days... The young one was already as good as dead...

Your flip/Roll jutsu would be so useful to dodge the golem's hand right now! xD


At first, everything seemed to be fine. His defense was working perfectly. The golem, before crossing its arms, halted. Immediately after, his hands raised upwards, and Toshiro knew that the statue was going against his will, his creator. It was astounding. In quick response, Toshiro would create an adaptable whirlwind of wind around his left arm, punching upwards at a slight angle to push himself back to the ground, behind the Golem. What the... hell?! My technique... What the hell happened?! Surprised, Toshiro brainstormed the possible causes of his technique going against him, and the only logical one was due to Galen's presence. It's probably that man's doing... His abilities, mysterious, yet powerful. I need to know more before attacking all out. He contemplated, as he grabbed a kunai with a single explosive tag from his pouch.

Description: The user delievers a punch that releases a giant, adaptable whirlwind.



Toshiro proceeds to walk to his left, with the explosive tag and kunai on his left hand. Channeling earth chakra throughout the projectile weapon, Toshiro would drop it on the ground as he passes by the weakened Golem's left leg, making sure his opponent would have no vision of what he was doing. Right when it is dropped, he would motion his right hand away, towards Galen's position, navigating the kunai and explosive tag underneath Galen. As he was walking out to clear sight, he announced, hoping that his words would distract the man even just for a second. "Oh.. Grand Master Galen, eh? I'm guessing this was your doing." Toshiro said, as he gazed at the headless Statue. "Your powers are mysterious. I have no idea what you're capable of... And considering the amount of years you've been alive, I'm sure you've used that power to kill hundreds, if not, thousands of shinobi's. Despicable." It was rather hypocritical but necessary, as Toshiro did enjoy bloodshed as much as any other Nekura. After his mini speech, Toshiro would perform a single handseal. A feet underneath his opponent laid the kunai with the explosive tag. This would explode, creating a mine, and potentially blast off Galen's lower body. "And, speaking about things under feet.. do you know what's under yours?" Toshiro murmured.

Description: This is the brother technique to 'Water Release: Aquatic Touch'. The user will make direct contact with object(s) before focusing their doton chakra directly into their intended target. Through the use of this chakra, the user will apply a process similar to the one employed Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique. The target object will become capable of blending and traversing through rock, mud and other earthen materials (encompassed in doton release). The object can pass through any earth devoid of chakra, all of the user's own earth techniques and doton techniques of the opponents that are weaker than the user's own. At first, everything seemed to be fine. His defense was working perfectly. The golem, before crossing its arms, halted. Immediately after, his hands raised upwards, and Toshiro knew that the statue was going against his will, his creator. It was astounding. In quick response, Toshiro would create an adaptable whirlwind of wind around his left arm, punching upwards at a slight angle to push himself back to the ground, behind the Golem. What the... hell?! My technique... What the hell happened?! Surprised, Toshiro brainstormed the possible causes of his technique going against him, and the only logical one was due to Galen's presence. It's probably that man's doing... His abilities, mysterious, yet powerful. I need to know more before attacking all out. He contemplated, as he grabbed a kunai with a single explosive tag from his pouch.

Channeling earth chakra throughout the projectile weapon, Toshiro would drop it on the ground as he passes by the weakened Golem's left leg, making sure his opponent would have no vision of what he was doing. Right when it is dropped, he would motion his right hand away, towards Galen's position, navigating the kunai and explosive tag underneath Galen. As he was walking out to clear sight, he announced, hoping that his words would distract the man even just for a second. "Oh.. Grand Master Galen, eh? I'm guessing this was your doing." Toshiro said, as he gazed at the headless Statue. "Your powers are mysterious. I have no idea what you're capable of... And considering the amount of years you've been alive, I'm sure you've used that power to kill hundreds, if not, thousands of shinobi's. Despicable." It was rather hypocritical but necessary, as Toshiro did enjoy bloodshed as much as any other Nekura. After his mini speech, Toshiro would perform a single handseal. A feet underneath his opponent laid the kunai with the explosive tag. This would explode, creating a mine, and potentially blast off Galen's lower body. "And, speaking about things under feet.. do you know what's under yours?" Toshiro murmured.

As his enemy releases a blast of wind and moves backwards away from the golem, Galen releases his control over it. He times it perfectly so that as his enemy falls behind the golem, he is clapping his hands, completely unknown to his enemy. He does so after gathering chakra into his hands, gathering sound waves around them. The intense vibration and power of both sound waves collide, producing a forward 160º sound blast that obliterates the field in front of him. This massive destructive wave moves increadibly fast as it reaches the golem, probably even before his opponent touches the ground, obliterating the golem in a massive shower of rubble, stone and pressure, derived from the sound wave. The enemy, helplessly behind, takes the blunt force of the mayhem of debris sonically pushed towards him in a sort of almost explosion like effect.

He knew his uncertainty and the doubt about what happened that grew inside his mind. He knew he was weak. Yet Galen was curious. Curious to see how long could this enemy survive. How long could this enemy actually endure him. Perhaps he would do him the favor of providing at least a moment of menial fun. Perhaps Galen would even smile.


PS- I like that earth technique a lot. Nice one :) this, however, happens before that sooooo lol

As he fell, he would easily notice earth being crushed, by a force in the side of his eye. It was apparent that the force was extremely powerful, and the enemy most likely took the lack of vision as an advantage to perform such a technique. In quick response, Toshiro materializes a shield of wind, about 3/4th the size of him, in which he created very quickly out of thin air. He lands safely on the ground after grabbing a hold of the shield, in a crouched position, so the shield would be able to effectively defend him from the mysterious force. The shield simply tanked the rubble, and the force of the sound, as Toshiro crouched behind the shield. Surprised, he wondered, "Damn! This guy is powerful. I have too little knowledge on his abilities, only that he's capable of taking control of my techniques to an extent, and he can send off waves of extremely fast techniques that are invicible.."

With the use of shape manipulation, the solidified air could be shaped into a multitude of items, like kunai's, hammers, swords, etc. Each offensive action done by these solidified weapons would be able to slice through even the thickest materials due to the slicing and sharp properties of wind (According to elemental strengths & Weaknesses). It can also create shields of slicing winds, about the size of 3/4 the users body, used for defense that is able to defend against lightning techniques, or offensive physical actions like taijutsu or kenjutsu. With the use of a single handseal, the user can choose to make the solidified weapon or item they created previously to burst into a net of slicing winds upon impact, enveloping the target and continuously deal slicing damage to the target for as long as they remain within the net. (Basically, once the weapon made of solidified wind hits a target, it would explode into a net via shape manipulation. The wind would be more concentrated and the net would be touching the targets body, making it cut the body parts its touching.)
Notes & Restrictions:
- Can only be used 3 times with a two turn cooldown
- Only teachable by Ace.
- The 60 damage only applies to the one handseal and creation of the net; if the net is not created, and only the wind weapon hits, 20 damage points will be decreased from 60.
- The solidified items created from this technique must be bigger than a hand, while being smaller than the user. (To avoid people making tiny, tiny balls or something.)
- Once the net is formed, the user will only be able to perform wind based techniques to maintain the net's shape. So basically, if you use the handseal to create the net, you can only use wind jutsus unless you want the net to disappear into thin air.

As he pondered in his head, Toshiro would examine the fast approaching enemy, and the orb of, what seemed to resemble water in his hands. Clapping his hands together, Toshiro would extend his arm outwards, with the palm facing towards the enemy's legs, while still maintaining the crouching position. As Galen is about four meters away from Toshiro, Toshiro would release an enormous amount of flames in a form of a torrent from both his palms, angling it slightly downwards, to propell himself back, 10 meters. Furthermore, the flames emitted from the palms would also burn the opponents legs, and his body once the flames spread through the clothing. With the angle the flames were pointed at, Toshiro would be lifted off the ground by a meter or two, and landing safely, 10 meters from Galen. "I'm not stupid enough to let you get close to me!"

As Galen approaches his enemy, Rasengan in hand, he notices and knows the chakra pooling and being redirected to his enemies hands. He knows the nature. Fire... he thinks. But before he can do much, the enemy puts his palms forwards and 2 jets of flames ignite, propelling him backwards but also aiming to hit Galen. With the water rasengan in hand, Galen repositions it by putting his hand in front of him and releases his control over it, allowing it to expand into a water explosion that happens in front of his palm and thus outwards, defending from the fire technique yet not hitting his enemy.

This enemy was smarter than most. He knew when to ran. He knew that Galen was not an enemy to be taken into close range. Galen was surprised. Perhaps...amused? No...that hadn't happen in a long time so why now? Why today? Yet, this tenacity and this skill... It was indeed enjoyable. Galen's face contorted in a weird manner. It was almost as if he was having a convulsion or had a stroke. It had been so long since Galen smiled with gusto. You assess hard situations easily... Seemingly at least... Its unlike those of your clan to be so... skilled. Demented and brutishly warped in the foul nature of the Keigoku, most of you are nothing but weak minded puppets of the Shinju... Can you be one that has mastered that nature, not one that has been mastered by it? said Galen. Suddenly, he rose the mighty sword, pointing it towards the sky. From it, copious amounts of water rapidly gushed, converging and shaping itself into a large snake-like dragon. Enormous, the dragon was about half the size of a mighty boss snake summon, roughly 50 meters long and with a large, 10 meter girth body. With a simple swing of the sword, the mighty dragon rampaged fowards, swirling its body as it did, resembling a snake as it moved across the air, aiming to obliterate his enemy.

He landed, about 15 meters from Galen, and safely planted his feet on the grassy terrain as he witnessed the man effortlessly extinguish what was left of the fire, with the ball of water that was meant for Toshiro. He listened carefully, to what the man preached. In response, Toshiro said, as he caught his breath, "I take it as a compliment coming from you, Galen. I'm not going to deny your power, the power that is unknown to me still. I'd be a fool to engage in a close-quarters battle with you. And no one can control me, not even the foul chakra of the Juubi." Toshiro smirked. (lel, just kidding. I just don't have training in Keigoku yet.) He continued to cautiously examine the enemies movements, only to notice the weapon lifted up, facing the direction of the sky. Toshiro assumed that a water technique, an powerful one, to be released from the blade, similar to the last stream of water released the first time Galen showcased the weapons' abilities. Seconds after, Toshiro was proven right, when an incredibly large dragon, made of water appeared out of thin air. Knowing the sheer force that could potentially kill him, Toshiro performs a single handseal, and afterwards, releases a vertical blade of wind. It would be long enough to match the size of the dragon, effectively slicing it in half, causing it to part in directions to the sides of Toshiro.

I find a couple of small issues with your move. One is that you use an S-Rank wind VS S-Rank+15 water. The water, even if marginally, is still stronger than the wind. Enough so that it would otherwise overcome it, perhaps not completely but enough to still bypass it to some extent. Second, your water techniques have -10 damage so they are weaker than mine. Your water tornado would be a strong B-Rank, thus unable to grab hold of half of my own water.

This said, I continue because tbh, I loved that combo and the use of my own water against me. Nice. Tbh, I didn't think you were this solid.




As the water separates itself around you, Galen is suddenly pleased. He can take it...he can take my full power... He can endure it... he thinks. He raises his left palm. The water suddenly halts its movement for a split second before fully converging upon his enemy in an amazing speed. Description:
A powerful ability, the Goddess Control can be used in two ways. One can use the ability passively to seize control over nearby moisture or water molecules (even from mist, clouds, rain, etc) and exert his will over them through hand gestures. While the damage produced by the technique is directly related to the amount of water manipulated and the momentum one can induce, one can even alter weather patterns (mists, rain, clouds, etc) or defend from enemy techniques, making the possible uses of the technique much more defense oriented than offensive. The second use of the technique is to use it to enable a water source of other techniques that would otherwise require it. The user will take control of the moisture in the atmosphere or anywhere nearby and condense it as he shapes it for the following technique that would require it. While the user will perform two techniques, the first one will act as a simple ability and the second one as the technique, meaning that while he'll spend 2 moves, he will be able to do it in almost the same time he'd take to do the second technique.

As the two bodies of water passed to the sides of Toshiro, he knew something was wrong. It was apparent when he attempted to insert water chakra into these bodies of water, and the fact that he was incapable of controlling it suggested that the water was being manipulated by a stronger force. This was also backed up at the sight of the enemy, performing a simple gesture, which was most likely used to manipulate the water, for it was too coincidental that the time the enemy performed an unnatural hand gesture, the water would be uncontrollable by chakra. Crouching down, Toshiro slams his hands on the ground, releasing an enormous amount of earth chakra and using it to manipulate the earth around him to abruptly fall, 100 meters to the ground (5x5 meter square, with Toshiro in the center). Taking the crouching position, it would allow him to travel with the ground, basically, not being left airborne. He would plummet to the pit at great speeds, effectively evading the potentially fatal attack. Knowing the power of his own techniques, and realizing that now, a large amount of water would crash onto him, he knew staying in that position would be far too risky.

The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.
Note: Can only be used twice.



To avoid the vast amount of water, naturally falling after its clash, Toshiro uses his powers as a Snake Contract Signer to summon fairly long sized snakes on his sleeves, which would immediately extend from his left arm as he pivots himself at an angle allowing his left arm to extend towards the farthest wall of the pit from the enemy. The snakes would be instructed to force itself on the wall, by using its fangs while Toshiro would pull, only slightly, to shift his body towards the wall. He would channel his chakra on his two feet, allowing him to stay upright on the wall without falling while using the snake and the chakra-coated feet to keep himself from falling to the pit, even when the water would graze on his specially-built Nekura cloak. (He would be facing towards the wall, so the small amounts of water that would be falling from the side, if any, will hit his cloak instead of his back.) Immediately after the water passed and continued towards the pit, the light would return and he would proceed to make his way above ground, while keeping his guard up via senses, especially hearing, to make sure the large amount of water left on the pit was not manipulated as he made his way up.

It would simply sprint across the she sides of the wall and stay there, until a use for the clone was needed. Toshiro would then proceed to walk, another meter away from the pit, and face Galen. Slightly soaked with water, he remarked, "Ah Galen.. Quite a powerful and destructive ability you got there, to manipulate water in such a way. Even without being affected by that pressurized clash, i know I would most likely die if i were caught in between.." Toshiro stood, and awaited for the man's offense.

Well, its a hard debate isn't it? is an S-Rank with +15 damage simply an S-Rank and thus defendable by anything that could originally defend from it or does it require move defensive power since it has added damage? Is an A-Rank with +20 damage = to an S-Rank? Is an S-Rank with +15 damage equal in power to a forbidden rank technique? Its debatable and if you go around, you won't find two answers that are the same. If the wind technique you use didn't have the note saying it can be used against S-Rank water techniques, I wouldn't agree that it would work. Imagine S-Rank Wind wall (simple, nothing added in description that makes it defend against up to X-rank) versus S-Rank+15 damage Water? Ok, water goes through because its stronger. But adding +15 damage doesn't indeed change the rank of the water, it adds more power. Even if you add +60 damage to a D-Rank, its still a D-Rank, even if it has the power of an S-Rank. If it faces a technique designed to defend against D-Ranks, we should respect it, even if a bit illogical. It would be a different case if it would be a technique that boosts the power of the technique by one rank. That would be different. As for forbidden ranks, I believe its different. A forbidden rank for me is something special. Even if an empowered S-Rank may surpass in raw power a simple forbidden rank, the nature of the technique is quite different and in that case, I believe a forbidden rank is always a forbidden rank. It was because this is a dubious argument and question that I can't fault your move and thus made mine.

I must say, perfect counter move. Most people fall in the obvious trap of trying to counter the technique directly when its virtually impossible. Instead, you showed me that you grasped the basic principle any ninja should know: sometimes you can't win, defend or counter; sometimes you need to escape instead. Very very good! I'm pleasantly surprised! Regardless of the outcome, I'll give you one of my customs. Its rare that someone so young in the RP has such solid skills. I think you'll be one that we will talk about in the future.




As Galen sees his opponent escaping the gigantic water combo by descending the ground and escaping bellow, he focuses his chakra into the water remaining in the field and now falling into his opponent, triggering the sudden growth of a gigantic dragon of a sponge-like substance which rampages downwards against his opponent, aiming to completely and utterly engulf him. If engulfed, his opponent will be physically restricted and become sick do to its mild pathogenic properties.

Description:User takes advantage of the specific release of mushroom release to create specific species or types of mushrooms to create a chakra-enhanced pre-developed yeast. This yeast can be produced as normal weapons (Arrows, kunai, shuriken, staffs, swords, etc) that can be thrown at the enemy or like walls, pillars, structures, etc that are created either from existing organic matter (wood, grass, leaves, flesh), water/moist or from the users body.The yeast is manifested as a soft, dense, foam/sponge-like structure, whose color varies from user to user. The yeast mature and react differently according to the substance that touches them, this is more noticeable when exposed bone is pierced or pierces through the yeast structures, as they will infect the bone, culminating in the dissolution of exposed bones (ex: Kaguya) into dust, rendering them mushy, then dry, then desintegrating them. While this would simply mean that a normal person would just be sick and weakly, preventing the usage of high level Taijutsu and bursts of speed, for a Kaguya it would mean the loss of their KG for the duration of the disease. It requires 2 turns after infection for the culmination of the symptoms.

Galen then suddenly opens both his hands, extending his arms. Focusing a large amount of chakra and exerting great control and concentration, the force rampages in him as he claps both hands together. As he does so, the walls of the large pit created by his enemy converge upon the center from all sides, closing the "hole" in a large crush-like effect, following the same movement of his hands. The yeast would burst upwards, out of the closing hole, due to the force of the massive display of control power, forming a mushroom-like cloud to rise up into the air.

This ability has several applications and its power correlates with the users rank within the clan. To perfectly control its usage; the user must focus and use hand or body gestures. The size of what can be grasped is irrelevant for highly-ranked Force Sensitives, as what counts is the user’s mental focus and willpower, which are honed more and more as the user climbs the ranks of the clan. This skill has several applications, depending on how it’s employed, but always follows the same principles:*

The limitation of the application is the focus needed to sustain it, which prevents the user from using other techniques at the same time. This application is unlocked at Jedi Knight/Sith Lord rank. Grand Masters can share this ability with an ally byt gripping them at the same time but adds a double chakra cost in return.
Grip Control | Seigyo – The core application of the ability, the user grips something with the Force and moves it around through the use of willpower and focus upon the Force. If used on inanimate targets; it can destroy equally-ranked structures if the user wants to and applies enough chakra and force. However, the focus and concentration needed for this application prevents the user from using it to directly harm an enemy in that same manner, instead needing to direct him at nearby hazards or physical structures, producing physical damage as the enemy is "thrown" against it. The momentum one can produce, however, inflicts damage proportionate to the chakra spent. While all users require the use of hand or body movements and gestures to control and sustain the technique, Grand Masters can grip and move several objects simultaneously. However, even Grand Masters have trouble using this application against multiple, small targets, as is the case of sand/powder based techniques, fire, or Aburame Clan bug techniques (the more individual objects, the less effective the technique is). This application is unlocked at Jedi Knight/Sith Lord rank.
Grip Shield | Bōei – The user will focus and produce a spherical, blunt, physical almost "repel-effect" that can protect him from physical attacks. It’s the user grabbing whatever is thrown or fired and stopping it or diverting it from its path. To the outside observer; it’s as if an invisible, spherical solid barrier is protecting the user. Through the use of each hand, the user can produce a 180º field of effect, whereas both hands are needed to achieve a 360º effect. This application is unlocked at Grand Master rank.
Note: S-Rank usage will lead to a 2 turn cool down before the ability or any Force technique can be used again.
Note: Grip Shield can only be used twice per battle.

Note: When Grand Masters use it on multiple targets, the power of the technique is divided amongst the targets, meaning that more targets equals less power in each.

Yeah, it's a very debatable topic with no absolute answers. And I agree, Forbidden ranks should be those techniques that harm the user in some form, hence the term 'Forbidden' :p

Toshiro noticed that the shadows created from the yeast did not remain at a constant size, implying that it was being manipulated to alter the shape, which was the case. Glancing upwards, he easily observes the production of a different substance, something he was unsure of. As a responsible shinobi, he made it his priority to avoid contact if at all possible. However, he had an effective plan of evasion. By now, he would be past the center mark of the pit, and upon passing it, Toshiro would throw two kunai's towards the walls. One would be the one nearest to Galen, and the other would be at the opposite side. Then, before landing, Toshiro would position himself right side up, while channeling chakra all throughout his body. As he lands, he would simply merge with the ends of the pit, effectively evading the sea of bacteria covering the pit. After doing so, he would travel through the earth, keeping his hands close together while traveling upwards. Being completely careful, Toshiro stands aware of his surrounding and especially aware of the increasing vibrations from the rubble falling on the ground. He would appear, still inside the pit, but about 10 meters from the bottom of the pit. From there, he would jump from wall to wall, until he reaches the top, behind the opening of the pit. "Oh, another ability you have, Galen? Very intriguing." Toshiro slowly replied as he caught his breath. "And from your skills, I can see you're very skilled with manipulating water, though, I'm not giving up."

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.
Note: Cannot merge into mediums which aren't tangible



After saying the last of his words, Toshiro proceeds to jump, only slightly while shooting out three bullets of flames. It is released at an arc, aimed towards Galen and spaced out, one aimed where he is at, one aimed behind him, and one aimed in front of him. Immediately after it is released, Toshiro performs two handseals at blazing fast speeds. Moments later, an orb of pure wind would enclose upon Galen, forcing him in a womb position, thus, greatly restricting his movement and possibly causing him to pass out if left undefended. Furthermore, once the flames come in contact with the orb of wind, the flames interaction with the wind would strengthen the flame, trapping Galen in an burning hot orb, that would surely, kill him, if all goes as planned

Description: The user focuses their wind chakra on the floor underneath their opponent as they perform 2 hand seal before stomping down on the ground causing a strong, but harmless, torrent of wind to shoot up from underneath the opponent. The user will then manipulate the torrent of wind in order to create a concentrated orb of wind that encloses around their opponent trapping them in a small circular space. The space inside the orb is tight, leaving them in a sitting position before it gradually shrinks until the opponent is forced to take a fetal position like the times when they were in their mothers womb. The wind orb consists of many racing wind currents that rapidly circulate around the opponent, creating a near solid concentrated wind orb inside and out, while making it difficult for the opponent to breath as outside air cannot penetrate the orb leaving them with the little amount of air that was captured when the orb first formed. The orb is strong enough to withstand most elemental and raw chakra attacks, following the strengths and weaknesses, and once inside if the user does not counter correctly their attack may end up backfiring, but if they do not escape in time then the user will faint due to lack of air.

As he became aware of his opponents counter, Galen was not very pleased. His opponent just seemingly defended from 2 ingenius (if he could say so himself) moves with simple action. However, dropping the ground and pitching himself into a pit left him on an undesirable place to Galen's eyes. Galen, who was aware of it all, knew not only the enemy's position but could also know the technique he just used. When his opponent emerged in the wall of the pit starting his ascent, Galen had already triggered his following move, changing his initial action plan. He dispersed himself into countless "flies" made of golden flames, highlighted in black hue which rapidly flew around the field, forming a 100 meter across circle around his enemy in which they suddenly gather into 5 humanoid figures. As these figures open their arms, a sealing technique is already engraved in the ground, triggering a large spherical barrier of the same size of the initial deployment of the technique. As his enemy emerged above ground level, he was already surrounded by the technique, something that in his position, he'd only notice once the barrier took effect and manifested itself all around. The scale of the technique was enormous and inside it...mayhem. Countless flies of decay ravage the content of the barrier in waves, forming a vortex, spinning clockwise, centered on his enemy. The effect of the technique isn't specific though. Galen made a generic Decay application which rapidly decays anything inside in a non specific manner, aging it all in mere moments until its all turned to dust (in 2 turns).

Description:
A pinnacle of Decay Release, the Circus of Beel-Zebub is one of the strongest offensive techniques known in the Ninja World. By focusing decay chakra throughout his whole body, the user will glow in a progressively brighter yellow/gold-ish light to then suddenly explode into countless real sized flies, made out of raw decay chakra. These small elemental familiars fly around the field faster than other insects and real flies and exhibit a black color with a light golden hue, reminiscent of the combination of the main, specific and advanced releases of Ibiton, with a bright yellow kanji for "play" on their backs and the ability to replicate themselves freely with no apparent limit. As they fly around the field, they aggregate into 5 copies of the user within range, whose size will be proportional to that of the target (bigger target, bigger entities). These, however, are not clones (they are simply intangible aggregates of "flies" made of decay) but the user himself, separated into five equal entities. These entities will materialize themselves around the target, forming a pentagram or five pointed star of kanji inscriptions, with a circle of Kanji linking the points of each ends of the stars. As the 5 entities open their arms, a strong spherical S-Rank Sealing Barrier erects itself around the target, both above and beneath the surface. The barrier has the ability to repair itself unless its fully overpowered/neutralized. Inside the barrier, a vortex of decay flies manifests itself, increasing in number and power as they fly around in a mayhem vortex pattern, causing everything to start to decay and wither away. The user has full control over what is affected or how it decays, a perk given by specific release of Ibiton. However, normally enemies will have their chakra zapped away and start to "burn" (following the damage defined in the CE's description), the earth will turn to dust, the water will seemingly evaporate, etc etc. Inside the barrier, even gravity decays, as everything inside becomes locked into a "stasis field", affected by the vortex of flies. The damage is so immense that enemies will have trouble acting and defending from the damage. Forming handseals is hard and slowed down due to the chakra draining and the hinderance caused to movement from the interference with gravity. The technique makes use of a barrier to contain the immense decay chakra from damaging the rest of the area or from pouring out and causing undesirable effects but also serves the purpose of containing the enemy and preventing him from escaping the technique. As such, the technique acts by creating what seems to be an "oven" of chakra in which everything eventually is returned to dust by the little flies. The technique can be sustained for a limited amount of time and can be cancelled at any time. Once the technique ends, the flies will disaggregate and reform into the original user once more. If the enemy somehow manages to attack these entities or produce a counter, he'll need to use a technique that can either protect him from its effects, that overpowers the barrier causing the technique to go berserk (though in this case, he might still face its effects) or that contains or destroys every single fly on the field. If at least one fly survives, the user will reform from it and unless almost all flies are destroyed, countered or contained, the technique can still be fully triggered. Although complex, from the moment it initializes to the moment its fully setup, no more than a few moments pass, as the flies are fast and the barrier erects itself nearly instantly once the entities are positioned, with the technique rapidly progressing from that point on.

Note: The barrier is a self repairing S-Rank Sealing Barrier Technique, with a size dependent on the users will and chakra reserves.
Note: Can be sustained for up to 2 turns, after which anything inside is reduced to dust
Note: After the technique ends or if its deactivated once its fully triggered, the user will not be able to use decay techniques in that turn and the next and will be left noticeably exausted and drained for 2 turns or until healed. His speed, during that time, is reduced in 2 ranks unless he is healed.
Note: Since the user splits into countless entities made out of decay, losing his physical body, he cannot use techniques other than the technique that is being used.

Outside of the barrier, behind each of the "entities", 1 single fly stands, flying around, looking into the ongoing technique and waiting for it to end.

Toshiro arose finally, from the pit that would have potentially killed him. Standing up, above ground this time, Toshiro easily noticed the enemy disappear. Uh... where the hell is that guy!? Though, from squinting, Toshiro was able to see a figure, about 50 meters from his position with a bright colour, making it plain obvious. Initially, he thought on it would be the enemy, until from his peripheral view, he would see another golden color from within the forests. At first, he thought those were harmless. But, once the small flies manifested and together, created a vortex to surround Toshiro, he'd known that these flies had some unknown powers, that may or may not be fatal. With the fast approaching flies heading his way, Toshiro leaned for defense, with a large armor of Earth that would provide him with a defense. "Where are you hiding, Galen?!"

The downside is that the user cannot mold techniques from other elements a part from earth while sustaining the armor. The armor can be manifested in only specific parts of the body if the user so chooses.

Toshiro witnessed his own defenses slowly diminishing, into nothing but ashes. Focusing on the critters flying spontaneously around the seal, Toshiro deduced that it was the flies doing. The reason his armor was reduced to dust was because of these insects, and he suspected that letting them touch his skin would reduce his body... into nothing. As the flies approached his vulnerable body, Toshiro would immediately spin around, producing a violent tornado of wind to protect his entire body, easily pushing back the flies as they attempted to touch his precious skin. The tornado eventually diminished, as Toshiro would notice the flies have disappeared as well. He awaits for the enemies response, and said, "Interesting abilities you have *pant* Galen.." Toshiro spent a second or so, catching his breath as he noticed that his chakra reserves were diminishing as well.

The entities burst into thousands and thousands of flies and reform into Galen, long range from his opponent in what can only be described as the edge of a large crater left in the aftermath of the technique. Its size, gigantic, deep and wide, with his enemy in the middle of it (considering the area of effect to be a spherical barrier, in this case, 100m across, the result would be a crater, 100 meters across and roughly 50 meters deep (if we consider I decayed the earth into simplistic minerals and mineraloids, getting rid of all the air and water within the soil, roughly half of its volume would be loss adding to the "void" you created before with the moving earth core which would allow it to descend even more) made of a very fine and inert sand-like subtract, akin of the finest of dusts, made of simple minerals), Galen looking down as he panted heavily and showed a weakness completely unnatural to him. Sweat dripped profusely from his face and he was pale, yet his facial expression was of determination but also amazement How can he survive that?? he thought. As he spoke, his left hand was suddenly engulfed in a green aura of chakra as he pressed it against his chest Never has anyone survived that technique... How can an impure Nekura be so powerful? How is this possible? TELL ME! and anger and malice were felt in his voice as it echoed through the battle field at the same time as his stamina and energy returned to him.

Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. Additionally, perhaps its more severe drawback is the chakra cost, which, as the technique stands as a jack of all trades in terms of medical ninjutsu, is much higher than any other medical technique. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time or while using another technique with the other hand. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.

From his robes, Galen took a large scroll and threw it into the air high above him and towards his enemy. As he did this, the scrolled unravalled upwards until it reached its apex at which time it suddenly glew in a white shine before unleashing a barrage of increadibly fast weapons down on his enemy, taking advantage of the higher ground position to affect a much greater area.
