Izaku Raiken enters the battle field after having lived through the forest of death elimination round. He was facing a fellow clansmen. Izaku respectfully walked towards his opponent and stopped a meter away from him. Before starting the dual, Izaku aligned and pressed his ankles tightly against one another as he proceeded to bow down by having his elbows out, paralleled with the ground, left fist closed and right hand overlapping it. While doing so he closed his eyes in order to show his respect. Shortly after completing the bow, he chained together a simple hand seal while focusing chakra through his eyes, causing the veins near his temples to swell as it overflowed with blood with the activation of his doujutsu. Izaku quickly assumed the 8 trigrams stance shifting his left foot forward and his right one back. While doing so he tilted his body to the right as he extended his left hand towards the ground with an opened palm, having his opposite hand aligned while pointing upwards in a similar fashion. Izaku simply moved his fingers back and forward signaling his opponent to start.

Upon surviving the Forest of death, Neji was near exhausted. Fighting for three days straight, he was initially more than relieved to finally get a month's rest before having to fight in the Final Rounds. However, things didn't really go as planned, as the proctor had explained that there must be a Preliminary Tournament immediately after the long-enduring struggle in the Forest. More than just irritated, Neji had decided to stay in the Exams, very determined to be promoted to Chuunin level; even though he thought himself as on par or beyond such level. Waiting on the upper level, he patiently waited for his turn to come. After the first two fights pass by with Sasuke & Naruto as the clear winners, Neji looks towards the large, black screen and immediately notices his name up in green letters:
Neji Hyuga vs Izaku Raiken
Suddenly seeing his name up on the screen, Neji can do nothing but smirk in this coincidental match-up. Seeing his fellow clansman make his way down to the center stage, he first hops on top of the rail, before front flipping off of it in a rather impressing fashion. Making his way to the proctor and Izaku, he plants himself in short range of his opponent. Before the proctor would give the signal, Neji speaks up in Izaku's general direction. "Before we do this, a word of advise... Izaku, listen to me. Withdraw now, as you know you were never meant to be a ninja. Even as the pampered heir of the Main Branch of the Hyuga clan, you were always too arrogant and too stubborn. Quit now, or suffer for the consequences of your foolish decision.." Seeing Izaku respond with a simple bow and Jyukenpo stance, he merely scoffs before looking towards the proctor and nods; signalling that he was ready for the match to begin.
As he would nod, Neji soon gets into his regular Jyuken stance; his left leg is bent slightly, while his right leg is extended forward in a diagonal fashion. He lifts up his right arm as he opens his right palm. On the other side, he bends his left arm at a 90 degree angle and points his left hand, that is an open palm, towards the floor. Neji then passively activates his Byakugan.

Upon activating his visual prowess, Neji rushes forwards. He then jumps in midair and performs an aerial 360 kick, landing the blow on his knee [making the leg bend naturally]. Using his right foot, he lands on the bent leg and springs up into the air, double kicking Izaku in their chin, making him spiral into the air. Before Izaku flies up too high, Neji grabs him by his clothing with his left hand. He then gathers chakra into his right palm. Immediately, Neji pulls them back down and raises his palm, connecting with their stomach in the process. After the strike, he releases all his gathered chakra and sends Izaku flying up into the air while damaging their entrails.

As Neji notices Izaku fall back to the ground, he slowly walks over and gathers chakra into his right palm once more. When close enough, kneels down & brings his arm forward to strike him where his heart should be. Simultaneously, he transfers his built up chakra onto his enemy, pushing them 2 feet into the ground & demolishing their heart in the process.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

I am not sure whether or not you are spinning clockwise or counterclockwise. Since you want to perform a 360 degree flip and are using your right leg, I am assuming it might be a clockwise back kick, aiming from my respective right side of the knee.

No words were spoken back, it was clear that the man standing in front of Izaku did not know of his beliefs regarding the main and branch family. It was one of the main reasons as to why he had left and gone rogue at the age of 12. Noticing his opponent flip towards him with their right leg extended outwards, Izaku carefully looks at the trajectory of it. He notices that it was aiming very low, just perfect as that's where his left hand was positioned. In reaction towards it, he bends flexes his open left palm and bends his arm at a 90 degree angle, to then forcefully thrust to the side in order to meet the incoming leg strike. It was then that Izaku struck the target's right ankle, injecting raw chakra in the process in order to sever the Achilles tendon, removing the target's ability to use or stand on that ankle without great amounts of pain. Naturally, due to the forcefully palm thrust the target's leg would be pushed back from the location that it came from as the target's body flipped in reverse.
Knowing a counter-attack would be nearly a sure bet, Izaku acted nearly instantaneously upon physical confrontation with the target's ankle. He does so by straightening out his stance, thus bringing his legs closer together and widening the distance between himself and the target due to having previously been leaned forward. While doing so, he thrusted his right palm forward whilst releasing a raw blast of chakra aimed at the target's upper half, sending them flying or any possibly limb that may be extending in order to counter attack during that time.

Izaku's eyes widen a little as he was taken by complete surprise as he noticed the fluctuation of chakra around the target's ankle area. It's as if though he had seen through his attack and released a protective shield of chakra. Naturally, it was to be expected of a fellow user of the Byakugan. Due to the speed as well as distance between the two, it was physically impossible to stop himself. In the end, Izaku's palm suffered some damage as it recoiled backwards slightly. It was then that he was completely overwhelmed by the speed of his target as his hand was grabbed and he began to be forcefully flipped around. Using the momentum of the flip to his advantage, Izaku released chakra from his teketsu and spun his own body with his feet as well, creating a full rotation that allowed him to create a defensive dome of chakra that blocked the next assault, causing the target to suffer damage to their palms as they are pushed backwards.
As the target is struck and pushed back, Izaku instantly stops his rotation and pushes off the ground with his right foot, launching himself towards his target. While doing so, he extended his opposite leg in order to deliver a frontal strike with the bottom of his foot, stomping his target's face. While doing so, Izaku passively released a burst of raw chakra from the tenketsu in his feet, injecting it internally through the head and into the target's brain, causing some damage as well followed by a headache. The actual head "stomp" would cause the target's brain inside to violently shake in a sudden manner, increasing the overall damage of the combination.
You're skilled, I'll give you that. However... you severely underestimate me.

As Neji would spin Izaku around, he is barely caught off guard by the sudden rotation that pushes him back. It didn't really bother him though, as Neji only sustained a bruised right hand that stung a little. When he would get repelled into the air however, it seems as if Izaku wasn't quite finished yet, as he would jump into the air as well to deliver a strong kick. "Hmph..". Just before the kicking leg would hit his face, Neji leans back a bit & begins to maneuver his left arm [to natrually bend it into an acute angle] and right knee via lifting it up. As soon as this happens, he drives his right elbow into Ikazu's lower shin and forces it down into the upcoming rising knee. When the three body parts are collided together, the elbow and knee create a force that sprains the area around his ankle and shin; but not a force strong enough to break it. But because Neji's counter-attack is so sudden, his opponent would have an extremely difficult time countering it.
(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method
Right when Izaku's ankle ligaments would tear, causing him great pain, Neji gathers a large portion of chakra in his left hand & fires three bursts of empty palms towards his opponent's chest and sends them crashing back down to the concrete floor. "Do I? Up to now, you're all talk and no walk."

While having launched himself forward in mid air in order to land his strike, Izaku quickly notices the joints in his target's right leg moving. He also notices the joins in his left elbow moving. In an effort of responding simultaneously, Izaku releases a shield of chakra above his shin area, causing the target's elbow to be damaged from the impact. At the same exact time, Izaku would outstretch his left leg forward whilst in mid air, having it meet with the rising knee, stopping it in it's tracks as he deals a stomp directly on the knee cap and pushes it back down. In that same motion, Izaku released a passive blast of raw chakra, increasing the damage dealt to the knee as this allowed his dynamic entry to complete, continuing as planned and striking the target in the face thanks to his jumping forward momentum. In the end, the target would land harshly against the ground on his back after he had leaned with a severe headache border-lining a concussion.
So far the only one barking here is you.

Upon catching Izaku's leg in between his elbow and leg, Neji notices that his fellow clansman had effectively blocked it with a similar move that Neji used before. As this happens, he notices Izaku outstretch his leg, but for an unknown reason at the moment. Whatever the reason was, he builds up a substantial amount of chakra in all the tenketsu in his body. After doing so, Neji immediately releases a raw blast of chakra, as Izaku would attempt to stomp on his knee, and blasts his opponent towards the ground [Their positions would be mid range apart].

Izaku quickly takes note as he sees a large fluctuation of chakra surging through his target's chakra circulatory coils. To be more precise, all of his tenketsu. In reaction towards that, Izaku utilizes a similar method and releases a blast of raw chakra from all of his pores. Due to how close both of his feet were to the target's blast, they would suffer the damage due to timing and distance. Izaku's own blast of chakra would be used as a means to defend himself as much as possible as a medium explosion is created from the both opposing releases, causing either individual to go flying in the opposite directions. In the mist of the explosion, Izaku attempts to naturally perform a backflip as his body is blown back in order to land on the ground with his feet as he skids against it and utilizes his hands to come to a full stop.
Izaku smirks as he wipes his mouth and looks directly at his foe as he deactivates his byakugan, showcasing his rare crystalline blue eyes.

As Neji would use the One Blow Body technique against Izaku, he isn't surprised in the least that he had countered with his own Blow Body. As he and Izaku would be pushed back, Neji performs a single back flip, before landing in a crouching position with one hand planted on the floor. Watching his opponent deactivate their visual prowess, Neji gives off a rather emotionless glare. "Hmph.." He complies, however, and deactivates his Byakugan as well. Standing up, Neji raises his right hand and waves it back and forth, taunting Izaku to come forth.

In order to test his abilities with his byakugan, Izaku decides to take it easy and test his target. He does so by charging towards him, upon nearing his close range, he gets very low on his left foot and performs a counterclockwise leg sweep by extending his opposite leg. The strike would aim to hit the left side of the target's ankles.

Watching Izaku charge forward, Neji easily notices his adversary trying to bring himself lower while pivoting his body - indicating that he would try to sweep him. In response, Neji would jump two feet into the air [with his feet almost together & knees close to his chest] to dodge the sweep. When this happens, while he is still aerial, Neji quickly extend his rigt leg forward to kick Izaku in his forehead; which would knock him a meter back & disorient him. He would then wave his right hand back and forth, taunting him once more.

)Izaku notices his target jumping in order to avoid his leg sweet, something that was most probably in the counter of his assault. Knowing his sweep would fail and put him in a vulnarable situation, Izaku pushes off the ground with his left foot which was planted on the ground. As he does so, he flips his body backwards, arcing his back in a fluid manner and entering a backflip as he lands 2 meters away from his target, having his foot strike nothing but the ground. After re-adjusting himself, Izaku jumps into the air towards his target whilst spinning forward, stretching his right fist, aiming to deliver a powerful punch to directly on the target's face. However, this was but a feint, expecting the target to counter by blocking his strike.
Much to the target's surprise, Izaku had jumped and flipped in a way that would allow him to perform a spinning kick moments before colliding with his feint punch. Moments before, he would spin his body clock-wise whilst extending his right leg outwards, delivering a powerful kick with the back of his heel to the side of the target's right temple, causing a concussion if successful.

Watching Izaku push himself back, it was almost clear that he was planning to use the force of his return to make a power attack. Since he was only 2ft of the ground, he had no trouble extending his legs downwards in a quick motion. As Neji would plant his feet onto the ground, he realizes Izaku was coming back towards him to apparently punch him. Just as his opponent would begin to get close, Neji moves in quick speeds to maneuver himself right under his opponent. Once he does this, he places his left hand onto the floor to support himself while simultaneously twisting his body to the left while he bends his left knee and momentarily leans back. As he is doing this, he picks up his right legs and straightens it and uses his left arm to push himself up. When this happens, Neji manages to land a fairly powerful kick to his Izaku's chin and sends them flying through the air with their backs facing the floor below. After kicking them, he leans forward as he places his legs down and positions himself on all fours [both hands on the floor as he is crouching]. Once he does this, he uses his thighs to propel himself with enough momentum to keep him moving at the same speed as his still flying opponent. Right when he does this, he seemingly appears right under Izaku, similar how a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow.
When he gets under his Izaku, Neji moves his arm upwards and extends his index and middle finger; which he places below his opponent's back. Right as this happens, he takes his left hand and places it on his opponent's left hip and pushes hit upwards which causes them to slightly tilt their body to the right; and as soon as this happens Neji takes his right leg, extends it out and tilts his body to the left [which makes his right leg collide with his opponent's left hip]. Afterwards, he spins over to the left so that he is not right under them and as he does this, Neji stretches over his right arm to the left side of his body and balls his fist before slinging it back over the right, forcing the back of his fist to jam into his opponent's gut [which makes the target fall to the ground and now Neji is slightly above him]. Next, Neji maneuvers his body so that he appears he is doing a front flip; but as he gets halfway though the somersault, he balls his right fist again and dives it into Izaku's left breast and makes them fall further to the ground [right where he is just above the ground]. Immediately, he follows through the front flip while simultaneously fully extending his right leg. Right when this happens his right foot makes contact to his opponent's central part of the chest and by doing so, slams their body into the ground; which causes major damage to his Izaku's ribs and lungs and possibly heart.

Izaku is completely taken by surprise as he attempts to do his leg kick, finding himself being struck underneath the chin and sent into the air, pretty high up. Moments later as he readjusted himself from the hit, he felt something pointy touching the center of his back. It felt as though they were the target's actual fingers as Izaku could feel the warmed of his target transferring onto his back through the clothing. Moments later, he was flipped to the side by what seemed to be a forcefully push on his left hip. Knowing his target was directly beneath him and attempting to deliver a strike, Izaku began his defensive counter-measure. As was spun, he brought his knees tightly against his chest in order to use his leg's shins as a way to defense his mid section. In that same motion he crossed his arms in front of him with closed fists, having his elbows pointing outwards to avoid any facial strikes. As the side of his hip is struck, Izaku instantly forcefully extends his legs, striking the target in the gut area with the soles of his feet, forcefully pushing him into the ground. As gravity had already begun to bring them both back down, Izaku performed a few backflips in order to reduce his falling momentum and safely land on the ground. Once having landed, Izaku couldn't help but smirk as he swiped his left arm across his face to wipe off the sweat. He then raised his right hand and signaled his target to come towards him this time around.

With his first move being a total success, Neji had felt confident on following through with his Lion's Barrage. However, as he would place his two fingers on Izaku's back, he noticed something rather strange. As they would both glide through the air, he sees his adversary scrunch up, as if he was ready to handle the punishment of the upcoming barrage attacks. Disregarding this eerie act, he decided to continue anyways. Right when Neji would strike Izaku's left hip with his right leg, he barely glimpses his opponent's legs coming down towards his gut. But because of their close vicinity, Neji simply lets his midsection get struck. However, he had something else up his sleeve and you can guarantee that Neji wasn't going to let this pampered, Main Branch Hyuga get the best of him. Right when Neji would fall downwards, he quickly flicks his hands and grabs Izaku's left and right ankles; causing him to be dragged down with Neji with the same amount force he used to kick him down.
As they are both falling [With Neji's back facing towards the ground], he leans his body forward, simultaneously lowers both arms with moderate force and releases his grip from Izaku's ankles. When this happens, Izaku himself is lowered and almost face to face with Neji. Right as they would be level with each other, Neji kicks them in the chest, making them flip backwards [until they are upside down]. Afterwards, Neji air grabs his opponent by the ankles and wrap his legs around their waist & falls back to the ground to drive his opponent head first into the ground with great force; causing a little crater to form from the impact. Landing back onto the ground, Neji slowly gets back up but limps away from the crash site; winded from the previous kick to the gut. Falling to one knee, he turns his head and looks behind himself, glaring at Izaku's motionless body. Peering his eyes with dejection, Neji realizes he may of went a little overboard. "I'm sorry... but your fate was decided the moment I was chosen as your opponent.."

Izaku notices as his ankles are grabbed by the target as both fall towards the ground. He instantly reacts by reaching forward and forcefully over-gripping the target's hands, holding them in place against Izaku's own ankles. While doing so, he leaned his upper body forward along with his head being inclined downwards, having his face looking at his upper chest. Izaku's aim would actually be to begin flipping forward, using the falling momentum to his advantage. While still holding onto his target, both would begin to rapidly spin like a falling coin (If it makes any sense.) Momentum would increase drastically as their spinning rapidly increases. Moments before reaching the ground, Izaku digs his nails deep into his target's hands, as well as bites onto the target's left hand, forcing his target to lose his gripping. Izaku timed it correctly so that he would be above his target when he was released, thus launching him forwards at low altitudes, causing him to skid against the ground as he readjusts himself. On the other hand, his target would have forcefully slammed against the ground with his back, causing damage from the increased momentum and force from the spin as well as the gravity itself.

While Neji was getting ready to execute his Falcon Drop attack, in which he was sure to be his final attack, he is suddenly surprised by Izaku's sudden grab to his hands. As the would both fall, it would seem as if he wanted to flip them multiple times - Similar to that of a coin. "What the hell?!" Knowing that his random, but potentially effective technique would turn out badly for him, Neji quickly releases his legged grip from Izaku's waist. In that same motion, he shifts his right leg to position it in front of his opponent's face; Neji would then swiftly, but forcefully kick Izaku in the nasal region of his face with the back of his right foot - Stunning him temporarily and causes his opponent to release his grip on Neji. Right as his hands would be free, Neji releases his grip from his opponent's ankles and strongly pushes Izaku away from him.
As he would hit the ground on his side, he would perform a quick barrel roll before lying on the cold, hard cement for a few seconds. Looking over towards Izaku [whom would probably be 3m away], he slowly rises up & pants moderately to get a breath of air. "Not bad, you sneaky little devil! Now if you don't mind.. Ugh..." His sentence is stopped short, as the mild pain in his right arm would throb a bit; a consequence from landing on the ground just a moment ago, no doubt. Clenching onto his right arm, he would continue his sentence. "Enough... it's time to finish this!" As Neji would say this, he activates his Byakugan once more.

Leaping back 6m [positioning himself mid range of Izaku] Neji concentrates & lets a lot of his chakra to leak out of the tenketsus in both of his hands and then up to his elbow. He then uses shape manipulation to create two blue lion heads in each hand. Momentarily, he makes a thrust forward with both hands and blasts the twin lions at his opponent. They are sent in a spinning motion to confuse and throw off Izaku's aim before striking him.

As he would hit the ground on his side, he would perform a quick barrel roll before lying on the cold, hard cement for a few seconds. One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
