Using their chakra, the user will cause the ring of visible lightning to encroach in the center, disintegrating everything within the ring as the lightning chakra moves towards the center. The disintegrating ability of this technique must abide the elemental strengths and weaknesses. To manifest the initial lightning ring into a physical entity/object instead of the ground, the user can place their palms on the ground and send their chakra through the ground and into the surface of the targeted object/entity (as long as it is in contact with the ground. In essence, the ring must either be created into the ground, channeled through the ground and into the target, or start from the ground and rise upwards (if the user wants to create a ring that isn't materialized into a surface, but rather, the environment). Fiery Crumbling is not an exclusively offensive technique. This can be used for supplementary purposes, like disintegrating the ground below you or even the opponent for an escape or a combination. Once the target is within close range, the user slams one hand on the ground, releasing a significant amount electricity along the ground and is shot upward below the targets feet in the form of a much larger vertical column of electricity. The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down. Furthermore, instead of slamming one hand on the ground, the user can choose to focus the technique into a weapon and throw them into the ground near the target and release it from there. The weapon is not usable for close-combat and is best suited once the target is distracted or restrained. Once the flash of light dissipates after a quick moment, two human sized penguins made of raiton can be seen on the immediate sides of the opponent. This is done because the raiton penguins travel from the user's location all the way to the opponent via running at average speed. Anything in the middle of the penguins would be stunned for a short while as the user dashes as fast as they can towards the stunned target to perform a numerous amount of slashes with their sword. The user will have to make direct physical contact with the weapon to channel their raiton chakra into it. Once it gets within short-range of the opponent, the user will perform one hand seal, and essentially release the built up lightning chakra from within the material in order to activate the special ability of the technique. Taking into account the canon jutsu Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation from which it was derived from, the user will cause any objects/tools/materials within short-range of the opponent to converge on the opponent's position by releasing the lightning all around and attracting things inward to its source, crushing anything within the vicinity. These materials will also contain a certain amount of shock value, able to paralyze the opponent on touch, yet only applies to things that are logical and can conduct lightning (clothing, metal, rocks, etc). It can be put on opponents, objects or on the kunai. After setting the seal(s), the user does a handseal and then lightning strikes from the sky will hit the locations of the seal(s). If the opponent tries to escape with the seal on them, the lightning strikes will follow them till they hit the seal.
