Firstly, because the air is heated from the user's chakra, any fire techniques created by the user and shot out by the user, or anyone that has compatible chakra with the users like summonings will be strengthened by infusing the heatwave's heat into the fire technique. However instead of holding the katon chakra and continually feeding it the user releases the katon chakra with swift punching or kicking motions from these punching or kicking motions multiple fair sized blade like projectiles are formed and sent out. These can range in size from as small as a kunai to as long as a full length Claymore. They are able punch through dense earth (A rank and below), and when coming in contact with an opponent they can cause very deep searing wounds that cauterize themselves cutting off blood vessels and stopping blood flow. They can pierce deep enough to cause severe internal damage and can cut off whole limbs if the opponent is struck correctly. These projectiles cannot be controlled once released, but can be very useful in short - long range. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter and is very much similar to that of the flaming dragon heads that took on a more solidified state of fire. Close range abilities:The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of an S-rank blade able to cut through most objects like butterMid range use:The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "Mosquito staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but as It's in mid flight the user does a single hand seal thus transforming the staff as it moves. The flames produced undergo heavy shape manipulation which are then materialized in at a minimum of a radius of mid-range from the user treating the user as a center point effectively creating a dome of fire around the user. The fire, having undergone extremely precise shape manipulation becomes effectively solid. Upon completion the user may maintain the dome for as long as they please or they may produce from it, through the use of an additional hand seal, spikes that can reach up to a maximum of short-range from their point of creation on the walls of the dome either inside or outside. Should the user desire to end the technique they may either release it as normal or cause the dome to converge on the center point. The dome, being made of the user’s chakra, will not harm the user upon convergence. Hence the name, the user then forms the 'serpent' handseal and sends them all flying into the target all at once detonating them, each emitting blinding light after making impact, creating massive explosions. These explosions will stay within short range of the target(s), and the size of the explosions are roughly the same as the fireball jutsu, each of them but the explosions are more intense thus more powerful, the user can detonate them each one of these fireflies at will.
