Naruto and Sasuke have shown both negative and positive feats - Sasuke showing good feats in the Madara battle and Naruto showing good feats in the Kaguya battle and vice versa; this thread is to explain why people are wrong regarding Sasuke's S/T speed and attack speed compared to Naruto.
This first scan, we have Naruto trying to blitz Madara with his staff, but let's see what happens;
it gets blocked.
Two pages later;
we see Naruto get smacked back by Limbo.
Naruto's shunshin was proven to be meaningless against Madara, so how exactly does Sasuke's S/T technique work against Madara?
It seems to have worked fairly well. Sasuke's S/T jutsu pierced through Madara in an instant. As you can see from Naruto's facial expressions, he was shocked, surprised and unable to react to what has happened. Let me give you a hypothetical situation. What if that was Naruto in place of Madara? What do you think would have occurred? Would he have survived that slash?
Sasuke's S/T jutsu doesn't just stop there.
In this scan, he was able to immediately send Madara in between himself and Naruto. This is yet another useful ability that will prove disastrous for Naruto if he is within his range. This gives him the ability to swap different objects or people to marked locations.
Next we have Sasuke using pure foot speed;
He catches up to Madara before Madara could barely turn around, and he immediately slices him in half. Madara is a sensor and he still got blitzed by Sasuke.
Later on, during their little façade with Madara; Naruto and Sasuke attack him at the same time.
Notice that Sasuke has already finished his attack (or at the very end of finishing his attack), even if he did fail, while Naruto is still trying to attack.
Later on; Sasuke is shown to go up inside of his Susano'O at the same time as Naruto's Bijuudama Rasenshuriken.
Sasuke slashes the meteors at about the same time as the Bijuudama hits the meteors. Given the fact that Susano'O is quite heavy in size and the fact that it is covering up huge level of distance, it's quite an impressive feat to take note of.
We also see further; Sasuke's Susano'O gliding through Naruto's Bijuudama Rasenshurikens.
When Madara is being taken over, we see Naruto and Sasuke attack at the same time;
While Sasuke is preparing for his S/T jutsu, Naruto has begun to move and cover some distance;
but Sasuke has already covered behind them instantly, while Naruto is still running with a few lengths behind.
Next, we have Kaguya display her ability to catch
Later on, Sasuke attacks and gets knocked back by Kaguya.
This happens before Sasuke teleports.
There is no major gap in Naruto and Sasuke's speed. That is just some delusional conclusion that people come up with because of Sasuke's performance regarding Kaguya, but Naruto and Sasuke were both speedblitzed by Kaguya.
There have been multiple occasions where both Naruto and Sasuke have failed to capture Kaguya.
Kaguya does blitz Sasuke
and she immediately
This next scan, which many people seem to abuse to death when it involves "taunting Sasuke" shows Sasuke about to hit Kaguya.
The reason why Sasuke missed was because of gravity. Naruto can fly and he was below Kaguya. Sasuke's S/T jutsu has a limit, therefore when Sasuke charged, he was right near Kaguya, but not close enough for him to have made a successful hit. Kaguya saw Sasuke at the last moment and changed dimensions. Naruto was mad and got excited so he chopped off Kaguya's arm out of Naruto trying to prove a point for the story. This does not conclude that Naruto's shunshin is faster than Sasuke's S/T because they were both in different terrain gravitational situations, Zetsu was busy talking about Obito, and Naruto clearly has the advantage in the sky when it pertained to Kaguya.
Naruto has been shocked and surprised too many times against Sasuke's space time ninjutsu. Sasuke has also shown to react and attack on the same level as Naruto, if not better. If Naruto wants to avoid being blitzed by Sasuke then he needs to stay away from his radius, which will be in Sasuke's advantage.
Sasuke's attack and space/time ninjutsu speed are greater than Naruto's speed.

In this scan, I don't know about you, but Naruto looks quite surprised to see Sasuke there of all places. What if Naruto and Sasuke were in the middle of a battle and Naruto assumed that Sasuke was falling from the sky after he supposedly knocked him out, then Sasuke appears underneath or behind Naruto and slices his throat. Naruto has been shocked too many times by Sasuke's S/T jutsu and it's obvious that he cannot sense it, otherwise he wouldn't have been surprised on several occasions in these battles.There is no major gap in Naruto and Sasuke's speed. Take note that neither Sasuke nor Naruto could react. Kaguya's plan was to separate Naruto from Sasuke so she took advantage of that plan and captured and sent Sasuke to another dimension. Naruto would have ended up the same way if it were him instead of Sasuke. The only reason

, was because he already saw it beingused on Sasuke, which means that he already saw it before, and the fact that he already saw it in action the first time, made him cautious and aware the next time not to fall for it.This next scan, which many people seem to abuse to death when it involves "taunting Sasuke" shows Sasuke about to hit Kaguya.
