Since when did love need a reason? You just... love. I can't explain how it feels, but it just happens. There isn't some logical reason for her to love him. That's not what love is. Should I love someone because he's a kind person and has money? Nope. You just love that person because, well, love.

You love someone because of who they are, flaws and all. You get to know somebody, establish a connection, develop feelings, and fall in love. With that said, the REASONS you love somebody aren't always logical. I know a dude who's girlfriend treats him like absolute trash, but he's steady in love with her because of that. All he knows is abuse like that and it makes him feel safe for some ****ed up reason. However irrational and insane the reasons are, he still has merit behind his feelings.

Sakura knows next to nothing about Sasuke besides what everyone else in Konoha knows which isn't much. Therefore, all she has to go on is his appearance and his "bad boy" persona which is the sole reason for her initial attraction. which is made even more ridiculous because of how he's abused and mistreated her on a basic human level. It takes intimate, quality time to get to know a person and appreciate who they are and what they represent and believe in. She's a typical teenage girl with hormones firing on all cylinders, nothing more... unless she's as crazy as the dude I mentioned in second paragraph, which it's coming off as quite frankly.

Essentially, yes. I didn't literally mean that there was no reason. You obviously have to see someone to even develop such intimate feelings about them, but, that's just about all that's necessary. You might think that falling in love because of how someone looks is not actual "love", but, at times, it could very well be.

OP and Kratos seem to argue that you should love someone because of logical reasons. Love is unexplainable. Your friend feeling "safe" is just another emotional reaction he has. It's almost impossible to explain emotions in general, much less something like love. It isn't really a "reason" by OP's standards, if you just fall in love with someone for their looks.

She's spent much more time with Sasuke than around 95% of current Konoha, so she most likely knows something about him. She could've fallen in love with him because of his name for all I care.

Not really. Ino doesn't take shit from anyone, Sakura only does when it's Sasuke. Anyone else who badmouths her or anyone she cares about usually gets their shit punched in. Sakura gives Sasuke a free pass on this, I'm saying that Ino would not.

We're really just beating a dead horse now. We ALL know relationships and feelings characters have towards each other in this series are forced as shit, with the exception of Shikamaru and his team (including Asuma) and maybe some others that I can't think of right now.

I'd say love seems forced (except for Obito and Rin, that was portrayed in Botha positive and negative light) friendships (all except for the one-sided friendship between Naruto and Sasuke) seem to be well written.

Sakura is just basically another school girl dream crush with actual no actual backstory or exposition besides a half-assed rivalry with Ino over a boy. She has no concrete relevance to any major person or event of her own accord, she's always regressed as a person because every single accomplishment she's gained has been out of left field or completely negated.

Especially in this chapter, Something mentally wrong with Sakura, after all this shit when Sasuke always treated her like scumbags and always aggressively choked her, berated her, brought her to tears, yet despite all that, Sakura is still obsessed with Sasuke so much that she wants the D.

Sasuke once again spoken the truth, he now announced to the world he has no idea what she wants and is completely clueless to what's up her ass. Kakashi and Naruto look like idiots for sticking up for her so much for Naruto calling Obito the coolest guy is just as bad as Sakura.

I swear to god, at this point Sasuke is the only interesting character and is the only thing that keeps me reading this series because the majority of the characters became so unrealistic that it really hurts my eyes. Sasuke is always being real, from his statement, it's as if it seems Kishimoto knows how to write, but he loves to shit his own characters to piss off the fans.
